Kotak Mahindra Bank — 885 got deducted as an annual fee for my card

885rs got deducted as an annual fee for my debit card that I didnt even use for past 1 year. This is happening for the first time and no intimation regarding the charges were informed prior. I planned to invest Fd in kotak but now I'm closing my account and I want complete refund of my amount.
