I require passbook of my saving account. My home branch is Gurgaon (IFSC code KKBK0000261) but I visited your Bhera Enclave branch (IFSC Code KKBK0004594) to get passbook. It is for the first time. At Bhera Enclave branch I was refused for passbook reason being that I will get passbook only from the Home Branch.
At present my home branch is 100 km from my current location. So it is not feasible for me to travel 100 km just to get passbook.br...

I am a kotak mahindra bank customer from last 4 years and i moved to different city & state. I cannot access my online banking or pay my bills because i cannot access my online account without the otp number. The number which is registered with kotak mahindra bank i. E. No longer exists anymore. I need to update my new mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all.

In kotak mahindra bank i have one current account. I have deposited cash in my accounts. I deposited cash in my own account and in my home branch.
Now bank is charging for cash deposit.
They never inform about such a charges prior. And now they are deducting cash deposit charges.
I want to know how they are charging on our own money.

This complain is regarding credit card bill issue. First they added a late payment fee of 500 where i paid within the given time frame. I mailed them and they told the late payment was waive. Again in the next month the late payment was added with the late payment of current month. I already paid all the bills with given time frame. I have the transaction number and snapshots also. They are saying me to pay again those late payment fees....

This is last mail which send to bank on[protected] where Bank is not taken any action till date and funny thing is that last 6 month I had not done a single expenses through this card and only made payment to bank which is almost[protected] but because of bank wrong charges my card is Over limit almost 5000 and wrong charges is (Auto Debit Failure - 600X12=7200 & Over limit charges 600X6=3600) and they I should make this payment to bank br...

I, the undersigned am a kotak privy league credit card holder since late december 2013. The annual fee (Taken in advance) per year is 6000 plus taxes.In the first year the credit card company offered me very good deals like a nike voucher, taj epicure membership and 4 pvr movie tickets redeemable every quarter (Total of 16 per year). I was sold the credit card on this deal without mentioning any fine print.

TBMS charges are applied in my account without prior information, even after changing account type and talking to branch manager, I was still charged.
