I have Kotak's credit card, since few months I am not able to pay it, so recovery agent is harassing me a lot, I told them give some more time to pay my card, I have Kotak's credit card, but recovery agent call my relatives people are threatening, i never gave the number of my relatives, but still recovery called in my contact list, and recovery agent is telling me what you have to do . will call any one,

    885 got deducted as an annual fee for my card

    885rs got deducted as an annual fee for my debit card that I didnt even use for past 1 year. This is happening for the first time and no intimation regarding the charges were informed prior. I planned to invest Fd in kotak but now I'm closing my account and I want complete refund of my amount....

    Hi Team,

    I am Amar Chinchane. Rs. 3, 259.51 has been deducted from my credit card account for Kotak Group Secure One insurance. Revati Nagose from your company called me and asked for OTP for kyc, then suddenly after explaining benifits of credit card she applied for this insurance through my credit card.
    Moreover, I have not received the credit card yet but amount has been already deducted from it.
    Please cancel that insurance policy and transaction. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. I was unaware about this policy and transaction.

      This is regarding a credit card from Barclays i was having in 2007 and 2008. Itz close to 15years, out of the Blue i received calls from your agents to settle credit card dues. Even initially i wasn't aware that this is about Barclays Kotak agents calling. As i denied that I'm not having any credit card from Kotak, your agents begun abusive, even threatened to visit me to harm me physically. As the agents were calling in early 2020, after so many abusive calls, one agent only clarified that this is on behalf of Barclays credit card. Then i asked for statement because he demanded 12000/- to settle things. The agent first said he will arrange the statement, then vanished.
      Then no more calls. Now these days again receiving calls, requested for statement to varify the things, no statement received from any of your agents. How come it is possible i am staying in same address and same city, i have so many loan accounts and credit card accounts, only i have overdue amount in 2020 was 12000/- informed by your agents and in 2022 it is 43000/-. Is it ethical to call people, abuse them, threten them and when asked for statement, your agent vanished.
      Recently one of your agent shared an email when requested for statement, attached for your kind reference.
      I'm a genuine tax paying citizen, don't have any intention to delay or defying any dues i have taken from any institutions. It is surprising after 13years Kotak on behalf of Barclays suddenly demanding money from me, if so you are requested to share the statements so that this matter needs to close soonest. Itz unnecessary harrasment from you side.
      You are requested to share the statement and due evidence that i willfully didn't pay my dues what mentioned by Kotak, so that it needs to be settled soonest. Also this letter DTD. 25th Jan, 2012, why this letter only, before asking money from a person, statement is important. Else how come your agents will demand any amount whatever they find easy!!

        Harassment from Kotak for credit card

        2019 and 2020 around though i don't remember the exact month or year, I have been called numerous times by two three agents representing a credit card of mine. Initially i couldn't make out of the credit card company, because they mentioned that they are calling from Kotak. I never had any credit card from Kotak. As i denied first two agents, they abused, misbehaved and even threatened to reach my home to physically harm me and my family.br...

          This is regarding a transaction with Kotak credit card for an amount of Rs 26, 647 on 17 Nov 2021 (attached proof of credit card transaction from 17 Nov 2021 to 15 Jan 2022) to book air tickets with SpiceJet. My tickets were not booked but the amount was deducted. I raised this concern with Kotak Customer Care, who asked me to check with Airlines. After following up for more than 2 months with airlines and nodal officer, they asked me to check with the PayU team (attached email communication, 28 Feb 2022 email).
          PayU team confirmed that I need to contact Kotak team regarding the service/refund (attached communication on 07 Mar 2022). I reached out to one of the CC team members, who asked for the transaction details screenshot via email. Even after providing it and following up twice, which was utter waste of time and effort, today when I called CC team again, she said that nothing can be done in this regard as it is late. Hence, I had to write to the Kotak support team again as a complaint mentioning them to investigate my concern and let me know where the amount had gone and is with whom as it hasn't got refunded to my account or any kind of service delivered. I did attach all the statements to show the transaction with them. Also, asked them to forward my request to the KMB nodal officer.
          It was taken by the KMB nodal officer’s team very late, and they simply upfront mentioned that it has crossed the limit of 120 day’s period of their schedule (attached communication with KMB May 2022 to Sep 2022). I tried to talk to the KMB nodal officer’s team and explain them that it was not my fault as I was following the processes with each team (SpiceJet, Kotak Bank, PayU, Kotak Bank again) almost from the day of transaction. I am still struggling to get my hard-earned money as I had paid my transaction amount with interest to Kotak CC to keep up with my CIBIL score. No one (SpiceJet, Kotak Bank, PayU) is taking responsibility of the transaction happened and refund me. Everyone is trying to harass me and making me run here and there.
          I request for refund of my amount with interest paid over the amount.

                    I recently bought some stuff from a lady (via WhatsApp) who gave me the below account details to deposit the money. As soon as I deposited the money she closed here whatsapp account and has not dispatched my stuff. I sent her money in two transactions. The account details are:

                      Despite several call and messages as well as information to the kotak agent that due to sudden demise of my grandmother currently not in condition to pay the bill of credit card ending with [protected] and I know that due is pending for long but some how from this month I will try to pay the minimum due as of now if possible please request to kotak bank to give 4 partial time slot to clear the due but still there team is calling again and again[protected] so its request please take action on them

                        I requested Kotak mahindra bank many time to refund money which was deducted from my account on Jan 2022 but no one from Kotak bank is caring about the customer. I wasn't having job at that time so no salary was credited to my account. Immediately after that month i deposited some money. Still they are not refunding. 1011rs deducted from my account.

                          On 19th December 2018, a women called me saying that she was speaking from Kotak Mahindra Bank. Usne bataya k mjhe job interview k liye aana hoga gomtinagar branch m aur usse pehle ek form fill krna hoga online usme 50rs. Pay krne h...usne mjhe link di aur maine link open ki to usme meri card details daalte hi mere account se 4999rs. Achanak kat gaye...maine uss lady se pucha call krke to usne kaha k use nhi pata kaise kate paise aur wo pata krke btaegi..and uske baad she switched off her phn...mere paise khakr bhag gyi fraud krke...I wish mujhe mere paise paise wapas miljate...mujhe samajh m hi nhi aarha tha k m kya karu..can anyone tell me how can I get it back...[protected] ye number tha uska

                            credit card payment settlement

                            Hi,

                            I got a settlement letter from Kotak mahindra Bank of Rs. 13506.25 after 10 days when i already paid my 1st installment and later on paid 2 more installments of Rs 5000 each. Total i paid 15000/- as per their executive (Shubham Sharma) wordic.

                            I also submitted the all details (settlement letter along with payment details which i maid).

                            Now the bank agents are still calling to me and my family...

                            i have already made a payment and sending you the screenshots attached.
                            we know that we have to make a payment but your collection agency is pathetic and they are harassing if i get a call again i will complain.

                            phone numbers below whom im getting calls immediately.

                            for your perusal i have maintained the balance and every time these collection agencies call and harras and this time some body representing kotak and have taken money from me and now your collection agency are calling and harassing to again make the payment.
                            im fed up wth the service

                            Please arrange the authentic call with the customer care and clear this mess.

                              This is my another complaint with Kotak Mahindra credit card department, time and again they have been disappointing nd mentally harassing me a lot .I spent my hard earned money and did a trx of total 30 k plus in the last couple of days with my credit card .Time and again they are creating a lot of issues with the reward points of my credit card i have not received any reward points for these transactions, on top of that not received any response from the cc team .This is not acceptable we cnt waste our time calling and mailing kotak cust team all the time in between our work, their cust service team is totally illiterate and ignorant of any knowledge on credit card and its issues .I need my reward points asap rightaway, why should i use your card if I am not getting any benefit out of it .

                                I purchased an Apple Ipad 9th generation from the Croma store in my city Solapur on 17th March, 2022.
                                I have availed consumer finance loan for the same.
                                While purchasing the product the 'Kotak Apple Offer' was prevailing and I was offered a cashback of 3000 Rs on debit card EMI.
                                All my EMIs have been completed now but I have still not received the cashback.
                                I have attached purchase slips.

                                  i am r.Krishnaraj from chennai, want to complaint against kotak mahindra credit card sales team, they were called to me to buy credit card. I initially declined the offer and informed them to update my phone number as 'customer declined this offer' - which was done a long time ago (more than 2 years).

                                  But they called month on month to buy the same. This cause i frustrated with them. I informed them, i will file a complaint against you. Then they arrogantly said me, ” if you go with your opinion then do it, ”

                                  i would like to register this complaint against them as this has caused me emotional distress. In future i want them not to bother me.

                                  And i conclude by saying that if this continues i will file a defamation case against them
