[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Abn amro credit card ([protected]) settlement issue | |||||
Dear sir/madam, This is to bring to your kind notice that, abn amro credit card nos: [protected], has been settled by me on 5th jan'2008, by paying cash amount of rs.10, 000/- towards the reference letter, Serial nos: 23513, Ref. Nos: nra[protected], dated 30th dec'2007. It's disappointing to get repeated phone calls & see repeated mails on this matter from kotak mahindra bank (On behalf of abn amro). It is giving me a mental torture & unnecessary disturbance to lead a normal life. In spite of settling the credit card ([protected]), on 5th jan'2008, even till today (15th jun'2017) my name is featuring in defaulter's list & repeated phone calls & mails on this regards from your bank. This is badly affecting my credentials. Pls help me to resolve this issue, credit card: [protected], once for all as well as to remove my name from the defaulter list. Verified Support Jun 20, 2017 Kotak Mahindra Bank Customer Care's response We request you to submit unused Cheque leaves (cancelled) and debit card, if any, along with a duly signed written request for closure of account by visiting nearest branch. ^Vimal

I wanted to close my salary account because before 2years I used when it is in ING VYASYA after that my salary account also changed to the another bank and unable use please close these account every day iam getting msg and not at all iam using this account so please close this account fast.
