Kotak Mahindra Bank — abusing and unethical languages use for emi bounce | |||||
My name is amit singh [protected] and my and i am using kotak mahindra credit card from last 6 year but this time due to my busy schedule i hv forgot to repay the minimum amount against my credit card which wash something just 1000 rs but i got call from some kotak mahindra bank recovery agent and the start abusing me for just 1000 rs! Goons! How can such reputed banks has goons in there team to recovering of money!! They don't even check the customer background with bank they just need money is it!! It's very shame this kind of careless behaviour of bank with no reply i had tweeted on there official account but still there is no positive reply. I got the call from this number +[protected] (Recovery agent) and the best part was she was a girl those u don't know how to deal with customers and how to talk atleast..
