Kotak Mahindra Bank — Abusive calls from collection agents | |||
I have not been able to pay my credit card bills of ABN AMRO due to acute financial problems. Yet the agents Leena [protected] and Prashant [protected] have been continually harrassing me and my wife. I am the card holder and inspite of me speaking to them, they call her place of work and harass the staff there. They threaten to speak to the Principal and harass the school.
