Kotak Mahindra Bank — abusive calls from collection team | |||
Good evening, I am sorry to contact you but i want to lodge a conplaint against kotak bank credit card team and i am fully harassing by one of collection agent name as ankit bhatnagar his contact no is [protected] regarding due payment which i told him to give few more days as this dues owed by friend to pay full due. Even he called few of my relatives with abusive languages and send whatsapp messages which ruin my reputations Please find the screenshot which he circulated to my relatives and abused me and my relatives. I need few more days to pay the due.
