Hello sir /mam my name shashibhanu partap a/c n. [protected] my account to debit amount 1719 immediately refund how can posible ecs amount debit i am already tack support team home credit cheque delete I am maintain account 20/07/2018 Pooja finance because not inform me ecs amount refund

Every month i am continuously facing unnecessary charges, anyone would please check now in one day 4 to 5 times i am charged for TBMS (23 INR each time ).if am trying for customer care am unable connect.see the below attachment for your convienance.please resolve as early as possible

I am a custom for you for last 5 years. Highly disappointed. Would like to close my Kotak account and credit card ASAP.

My account frozen due to I am not accept the welcome kit from kotak.in 48 hourse i visit twise branch for unfrozzen it.but manager inform that addresses verify after unfrozzen the account.why it's not process in bank that the original account holder visit at your branch and your team not done anything.I kept with me all docs for the proof but manager reply that how can he believes that I am right person.I feel very bad.I want close my a/c after unfrozzen it.my account is 7 year load but last 2 day I feel very worst service from ring road branch surat office area manager.

These are unfair practices done intentionally by kotak only. These guys have lost so many customers that they now use freeze your money, whoever their genuine customers left with them. Dear kotak officials, if you keep doing this none will be left in the end. Unnecessary harassing customers is not casual, it can be drastic for you. You don't know how and when could a customer could have invested in you. It's seems like end of kotak.
