[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — account marked lien without prior notice

I hold a kotak credit card and a savings account. My savings account was marked lien without prior notice. My account was marked in lien about 5 days back and then i get an email stating give us your consent to debit the amount from your savings account. One strange thing that these guys have is they send you a monthly credit card statement with total outstanding amount and minimum amount due with a deadline and expect you to make payment for total outstanding amount failing which your account would be marked in lien (Put on hold). I did make a minimum payment last month and the due for this month is yet to be approached. What worries me the most is you make a minimum payment each month (Typically you are paying the interest) regularly and sometimes delayed but still make it - you anyway get blocked. Its fair if this approach is towards somebody who defaults not for someone who h as been regular. Aren't we paying regular interest as penalty for not being able to make total outstanding?. My total salary was blocked a few months ago i made back to back calls to customer service there wasn't any positive response from them. I struggled for my daily needs because of this behavior kotak has no idea what i underwent that month - people like me who are salary dependent and one who has no other option but to lean on that alone will probably have to leave the earth. My account is still on hold and i am looking ahead for a proper resolution and expecting someone to reach me on this matter. Note: i have already sent emails to the bank and have reached their customer service on this matter - but there hasn't been anything in favour of a customer. Pathetic service.
