Hello all,

The purpose of meet with mrs ashwin singh, mrs abhishek tripathi and miss nidhi tiwari
Was not to know the advantage of 3 in 1 trading account. I already know the advantages of
3 in 1 account. If i would have known that they are coming for same i would have not given
My precious time to them. Instead during all the meeting with them they were repeadly
Putting the pressure on me to take my complaint back and bribing me with rs 750. They
Were repeatedly asking for cheque of rs 750, so that they can close the complaint on
My behalf and through all the matter on me. I have funded my bank account with 100000
And wanted to transfer it to demat account so that i can get waiver of two years fees.
Your team has not helped me for that specialy mrs ashwin singh. Mrs ashwin was very active
In communication when he was getting multiple lead from my office. When its to helping in
Transferring the amount he became inactive and was not at all interested. Beacuse of him i lost
My trust in kotak. Because of him i couldn't use my kotak account. So in case i am not
Able to use my account i am not liable to pay any charges to kotak. Kindly close
The account and revert back.

    Hi,

    I have applied for kotak mahindra credit card on 31st jan 2018 and i have received the application reference number also since then the application status is showing "Being processed" nothing has changed it's been more than a month. also they have completed my house verification.

    I got so may calls for verification also rep confirmed that i will be getting my card in 5 working days. as per the SMS i received it would take 15 working days to complete the application process but so far i have not heard anything from kotak mahindra.

      Dear sir,

      This is to inform you that i have not yet received the refund of the cancelled ticket which was cancelled by me on 22nd february 2018.

      The details of which is mentioned as below:

      Pnr – [protected]
      Transaction id – [protected]
      Cancelled date – 22/02/2018
      Cancellation id – [protected]
      Transaction amount – rs. 2, 310.00
      Refund amount – rs. 2, 180.00
      Refund status – refunded
      Refund date – 26/02/2018

      The reservation was made from bandra terminus (Bdts) to bhuj (Bhuj) on 23/02/2018 & return from bhuj (Bhuj) to bamdra terminus (Bdts) on 25/02/2018.

      Although while checking in the irctc website it is showing that the amount has been refunded on 26/02/2018, but till date no refund has taken place in my bank account. It’s more than 10 days have passed but i have not received the refund.

      Request you to refund the amount in my bank account from where the amount was paid while booking the above ticket.

      Hope for a swift action from your side.

          I am himanshu nagori. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. My contact number is [protected]. My kotak credit card has charged rs. 500 for failure of auto debiting from debit card which is unauthorised by me. Due to that my credit limit is exceeded and i was charged 500 plus gst for that. Call it as error or fraud, but such things are not expected from kotak mahindra bank. I request refund for that.

            This is barani kumar and i am holding credit card with kotak bank crn[protected].

            Firstly i am so frustrated with customer service from credit card. Each and every caller that i spoke to are threatening me and not polite. Being professional in support is mandatory and i never come across such a pathetic support in my life.

            I do also maintain salary account in kotak. I haven’t made the minimum due amount last month for my credit card. And i promised the agents that i will make the payment on 5th of march 2018 because of the salaried date.

            I tried making the payment on 1-mar-2018 and i was shocked to see that my account balance was 0.

            I immediately called the customer care and i was told by the rep that my salary is on hold. I called the credit card team and informed the same. They were saying that i should make the complete amount including outstanding balance otherwise my salary will be on hold.
            I requested to the representative to deduct the minimum due amount and unblock my account.
            I was told that my account would be unblocked in 3 working days.
            I visited the mg road branch and the people there are clueless on the issue they gave me an individuals number, her response was blatant she said she would arrange a call back from another representative which never happened.

            The behavior of the customer care and the people at the bank are unacceptable as they are unable help me with right response and solution to my problem.
            I have an emi scheduled for 5-mar-2018 and i am really sure that would have bounced.

            I am looking forward for a response and solution to my problem
            Please help.

But i have not received my relieving letter and full and final settlement. So i requested you to send me my experience letter and last month salary. I need it on urgent basis.                 I am having savings account ([protected]) with kotak bank and they have deducted nmc 0f 4500 rs from my account. At the time of opening the bank acc no information about any kind of charges was given to me and since then i have been levied nmc charges. Details of the same are given below.in case you need any more information please let me know.

                  This is with reference to fraudulent transaction occurred in my credit card
                  The details as below:-
                  29/12/2017 – 46, 646.43 (Aud-892.26)
                  29/12/2017 – 35, 465.04 (Aud-679.00)
                  29/12/2017 – 29, 265.20 (Aud-560.30)

                  This transaction were executed by an unknown resource on 29.12.2017 without my consent and knowledge, i was not asked for any password for executing this transactions, upon receipt of sms i came to known that such transactions is processed, immediately on 29.12.2017 i called your card department and blocked my card and raise concerns for dispute transactions.

                  My complain was lodged vide reference # sr#1-[protected].

                  Upon receipt of my complain i got refund of the following:-

                  29/12/2017 – rs.28975.26 (Aud-560.30) – less rs.289.94
                  05/01/2018 – rs.45, 991.18 (Aud-892.26) – less rs.655.25

                  However, still a refund of rs.35, 465.04 is outstanding for which since last 40 days i am following with the bank but haven't heard any positive response.

                  In lieu of this unwanted activity my outstanding balance has increase from 100, 773.44 (Nov 2017) to rs.133, 573.87 (Feb 2018) reason still unknown to me??? Eventually till nov 2017 i was charged with interest amt of rs.3528.43+635.12, however in january & feb i am been extra charged by interest amount fo rs.2900.51+522.09 again reason for the same unknown to me???

                  Further to this extra charges i was levied with overlimit fee of rs.500 on 29/12/2017 which is again incorrect charges levied to me.

                  I want to know the following:-

                  1) how did bank allow to execute transaction without entering password or otp pin???
                  2) how did bank allow to go cc in negative balance and execute the transaction over and above the cc limit???
                  3) why incorrect charges are been lived to me???
                  4) when will dispute amount would be rectified???
                  5) why i am been asked to pay more that my minimum amount and charges with penalty and extra charges???

                  I am still paying my minimum amount because i don’t want to block my card or come under any cibil issue but due to this bank is taking dual advantage and not responding on my concerns.

                  I want bank authority to immediately revert on my question raised and sort this issue on immediate basis.

                      The reference number which is sr # 1-[protected]. My payment amount is rs. 20413/-, i was paid those amount on december 22, 2017 and i get verification january 08, 2018 they inform us you get your noc in 30 working days but it’s now 2 months away but still, we do not receive noc, they always every day said us you get noc within 2 days. Now we’re not able to contact them also when we will visit the bank they said you get clarification only through the mail. We are applying for home loan now we’re every stick with noc coz after noc home loan is approved.

                        I m holding an edge current account in kotak mahindra bank since 4 months but i regret to say that i am not getting any satisfaction or support from the staff i am dealing with specially my home branch staff they are very irresponsible and unprofessional... They dont even care about how much trouble the customer is facing... I had tried many ways to communicate with them but failed still my problem is not solved... Finally i hav to write a complaint here... Hope this works!!! Otherwise it may affect to ur credit

                            Dear sir on 23 february 2018 i had funded my account in kotak 811 app using my debit card with rupees 5000 the money was debited from my punjab national bank account but it is still not credited into my kotak 811 account.
                            I had recieved error after the payment completed

                            So kindly take appropriate action and credit my account into my kotak 811 account.

Phanindra gupta and my account number is [protected] why there is tbms charges if it is a zero balance account, a private bank must be specific while opening account, kotak bank has said it is a zero balance account while opening 811 account and now it charged 600 for not maintaining proper balance, please make sure it will get back

                                  Dear sir/madam

                                  I am holding kotak mahindra account since 2017 or so and it is a salary account (Account number [protected]). It was told at that time that there is no charge applied by bank for atm withdrawal for any number of transactions at any bank atm domestic and last 3 moths it's deducted 23.60/- 5 times. Since this is zero balance account and free atm/debit card that can be used to transact worldwide then why you are deducting suddenly. Please explain the reason and if it is incorrectly deducted, please refund it.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    Need your help to deactivate credit card by Kotak Mahindra bank..
                                    Salary account has been opened by bank while joining and after 5 months they issues credit card without my notification through blue dart courier and charged card fee-588 which was paid in Jan and again they have charged Rs 612 without spending any single money on this card. I have not yet used this card, I tried to reach bank over phone and email but not getting response..
                                    please help to deactivate this credit card..

Like kotak is giving Zero balance account I had taken account in 2days, later now kotak bank was sending mails about non maintenance charges...you people also doing like SBI bank. Is my account is zero balance or not...if not tell me how to cancel the bank account in mins.or call me to my number [protected]

                                      I have transfrerred 900rs from kotak imps to paytm bank but it was showing server problem n my money got deducted from from kotak but didnt recieved in paytm bank my ref imps no is:[protected] help me as soon as possible there is no response from bank n kotak bank alwys ingonre their customer or neglect they never help you or support you n staff dont have proper knowledge n they r not helpful

                                        I don't know actually who to blame. I'm using uco bank ATM Debit card. That i used on date 28 feb 2018, in Kotak ATM Machine sector 41, Noida. that couldn't successful for 2 times . I can see amount 500 Rs. was debited from my account but i couldn't receive cash . I'm waiting for refund for 2 days. Please resolve this problem.
