Kotak Mahindra Bank — amount debit

Dear sir/madam,

I am a client of kotak mahindra bank for the past 1 years and i hold a currentâ  account of my company. I wish to bring to your notice that i am not receivingâ any positive responseâ from my bank side. Problem is that on 14th may 2019 bank debit 1770/- from my accountâ withoutâ any reason. When i called to customerâ care regarding my issue that why you have charged this amount from my account. They said that you don't feel your gst chalaan from past 3 month that's why we have charged this amount. Then i had visit my branch sec-18, noida and concern my issue. They also said same thing. Then i show prove that i feel gst chalaan regular basis. So they said that we can see that you have feel gst on time. So they told me that please write an application regarding this issue and we will returnâ this amount in your account but i still have not receivedâ any amount. I have also visit branch many time but not receivedâ positive responseâ then i thought that i should quit they will not return my amount.â 

But now on 9th oct (Wednesday) your bank has again charged me 1770/-â  for same reason. "then i again contact with mr. Abhishek shrivastava he is my contact person from past 1 year they said "oh # how they charged again i'll definitely help your sir" then i told him that i'll visit your branch tomorrow for this reason but he said you don't need to come i have mail to manager regarding this issue and both amount will return in your account. Now 5 days past and don't know how many will gone... So i have decided that i should write a mail to you. So that you will help me to return my both debit amount. It has been 4-5 month since i submitted my request via application to your bank last time for this issue and everybody make me fool. Please if you'll resolve this issue in 3-4 days so that will be good otherwise i have to register my complaint in rbi...
