During account opening I was told that it would be a zero balance account and was forced to open an account as my son already had an existing account. The sales rep informed me that if he maintains his account then this account will have zero balance. I am a 60 year old lady and I get a min pension and once the account was opened I deposited 20000 as fixed deposit and did not use my card for a couple of years. Later I suddenly get a message stating that - 10500rs in your account due to non usage has been implied. Then I thought o[censored]sing my account and 11000rs was deducted from my account. It's really shocking that Kotak bank is such a fraud and now they are giving any reasons and not returning the money back. Request someone to call my son on this.
