I'm at berlin. My account have in Amritsar mall road branch. There all staff members ignore to my calls nd emails. I want my all money transfer to Deutsche bank. Kotak staff saying me they will transfer my money in 2-3 days but today they get 1 week nd still I never get my money. It's very shameless to Kotak staff when I told them you I never get my money they told me there is branch changed nd staff also changed. Even, I missed my visa extension appointment cause I never get my money in 1 week. I want just want one thing from u pls take any action on that staff. If this thing happened with me maybe there is lots of students came in germany. They will do this with other students. Otherwise, his behaviour also very rude. Thanks you.

    Why detected 1999rs/- without any confirmation so kindly refund my money 1999rs/- urgently

    And i call you your company but your executive no knowledge any products and no response and i tall you transfer my call your tl and mngr but he is directly denied why???

    I transfer my 5000 rs. and thya u charged net banking pin regen chrgs why ?
    whwnever i transfer money u take a charges why when you open this accont u tell this is online account not an offline..
    I am not satisfied the services of the bank. I even wrote to the bank about my problems and visited its branch but there is no desired development. Therefore you are requested to close my above mentioned account and deactivate my debit card. I have already destroyed the cheque book provided to me.

      Worst service I ever used... Got kotak Mahendra bank credit card and purchased few products and converted that to EMI. But unfortunately I lost my card. Reported them regarding loss of card so they blocked my credit card there comes my headache they should produce me right way to pay my EMI but they did not did so. So every month I pay late payment charges the collection guy used to get money from me so every month I pay 500 extra I am not ready to pay any more tried to connect to customer care those guys used bad languages so I planned to file a complaint and the customer care guys also not ready to take action against them till now they didn't provide right solution

      Yes i apply for credit card and they send me through bluedart but the guy didnot want to give me on my address its so piss off so i told him to give it back to the bank.
      I saw that my kotak account is deducted with following amount. May I know the reason for this.I did not get any information regarding this. Please help

          I had never applied for Jifi Saver account. I had applied for 811 account from my mobile app on dtd. 10/04/2017.
          Then after I had given request only for KYC.
          At the time of KYC done on dtd. 13/04/2017 some human error by your KYC agent "Mr. Dharmendra Patel".
          Yes i apply for credit card and they send me through bluedart but the guy didnot want to give me on my address its so piss off so i told him to give it back to the bank.

            The concern team from kotak Ms. tanvi mehnta had contacted me for further reversal and till now i haven't received the reversal yet and she assured me further no more deduction will happen in account and i have received the 325rs of subsidy of LPG gas that also has been deducted from the account dont know more how much kotak people will put me in losses and i have promised tanvi mehta that i will converting in to NOVA account also till now 4000rs has been deducted from my account without reversal they has been closed the ticket also Service Request Number

              Dear Team,

              Today I got my credit card statement. I found 500 auto debit has happened. These people are not telling us about auto debit. I never entertain auto debit in my any bank accounts.When I saw this in a statements I just got shocked with this bill. For me 500 is a big money. I request for auto reversal of thes ame in my next statements also deactivation of this auto debit function. If it will not reflect in next month. Then I will stop using Kotak Credit card permanently.

                    Im having a kotak mahindra bank jifi account its a zero balance account. Past 4 months more than 1500rs debiting from my account. Dont knw why these things happening. If i call to customer service centre, there will be no proper response. 28.75 rs will start debited continuously around 30 to 40 times. Please take a necessary action. I'm taking this issue to higher level....

                    811 a/c opened 6 april 2017 cheque cleared on 12 april 2017 but funds not recived or credited in my account visited branch several times service manager has mailed concern person twice but no responce money is recived in dummy account but not transfered this feedback is getting from branch but not helping out visited branch 5 times b taking short leaves in months very disappointed want to close the account because no responce from kotak bank very poor customer service

                      I tried opening the Investment account for my existing savings account !!
                      Below is the steps taken by me one by one and how at all stages kotak bank proves why it is worst bank and how it will face downfall for sure in future.

                      Step 1) I raised a request (Request ID 1-[protected]) online to have an investment account for my existing savings account on 13th April.

                      Step 2) As expected of the Kotak services nothing happened!!
                      I visited the Thane West Hiranandani Estate Branch and met
                      Name: Mr Alpesh Kshirsagar
                      Designation: Deputy Manager

                      He told me that he will open and have to link the new investment account with my husbands kotak privilege bank account then it will be opened free use no charges and it will take maximum 2 days.

                      Step 3) Nothing happened for 4 days. I contacted him he told check tomorrow morning it will be done.

                      Step 4) Nothing happened i visited the branch again on 25th April and met Mr Alpesh Kshirsagar again and same thing he told it will be done by today check tomorrow morning.

                      Step 5) Nothing happened again and i sent a mail
                      (Request Number: 1-[protected]) to kotak customer care on 26th april early morning with all details request id -

                      Step 6) No response from kotak nothing happened !! . I again contacted Mr Alpesh Kshirsagar each day and ask status everyday he said check today evening or tomorrow and so on.

                      Step 7) On 28th april again sent mail
                      (Request Number: 1-[protected]) with all details to kotak support and then called at customer care as well and talked around 1 hr to explain them and make them realize that there is issue and please take some action.
                      I asked them what is status of my request to open investment account ..and to the surprise they said there is no such request received from any branch as of now !!! Now you can imagine what kind of person Mr Alpesh Kshirsagar is and how confidently they fool the customers. Then i said what about my complaint which i mailed they say it will take 6 working days for anyone to even respond to those complaints !!

                      After around half hour of argument and explanation with
                      1) Mr vignesh gunasekaran
                      he put me hold for 5-10 mins as well then transferred call to his senior manager as he told me
                      2) Janarthanan t
                      Then again around 15 mins of argument and discussion and again explaining everything to this guy. Then i asked him to send me a mail with any form of communication that anyone is working in Kotak ... then he said we cannot give anyone emailid neither we can put any group mail or person in cc. After 10 mins of argument he finally agreed that he will send one system generated mail with few liner that we are looking into it !!!

                      But there is least expectation from Kotak !!

                      What i want:
                      i) Take strict action against for not doing anything and fooling customer everyday.

                      iii) Compensate me for my mental harassment and my time wasted!!

                        Respected Sir,

                        My name is Nagesh.I have savings account [protected] in Kotak Mahindra Bank.Initially on my account it showed only -Rs 105 as i not maintained balance for two months. I was informed to transfer 10000 to my account as minimum balance.

                        When i tranfered 10, 000 rs to my savings account they deducated RS1950 without any initimation.

                        I request you to please take necessary action and return back my amount back to my Savings.

                          We had renewed our two saving accounts initially with ing vayasa with your branch at sector - 8, madhya marg chandigarh on 30 of march 2017 with following bank details.
                          A/c no.[protected] in name of anupriya goyal
                          A/c no.[protected] in name of hardesh goyal

                          Since the 2 accounts were lying dormant for quite a long time, therefore we were asked to deposit some amount in our accounts after few days. Accordingly we deposited some token amount on 15 of april 2017 and also requested for issuance of new check books to operate our accounts in a near branch at phase - 11, mohali. We visited your branch at phase - 11 lot many times thereafter but they asked to wait for more time. Today we again visited your branch at phase - 11 then we have received a request no. Sr1/[protected] at our registered phone number showing that our request for new check book has been received by the bank today only.

                          It shows than our request for check book was never forwarded and was not processed in the past but the officials at phase - 11 mohali were most neglegent and willfully reluctant to serve their old customers like us, which speaks volumes about the type of services which we can expect from your bank.
                          Kindly look into the matter urgently and process our request for new checkbooks, initiating an inquiry against the erring officials.

                            Usually credit cards will be billed in a specific date. But kotak will bill for different date for every transaction and if your credit limit is exceeded due to this billing they will add overlimit fee and service tax. Also another transaction will be billed next week and another overlimit fee will be added. If you ask clarifications they will simply say "all are valid charges only"

                              I pay my axis bank cheque to kotak bank at varacha main road, surat branch at 07 march 2017.

                              Amount (13580/-)was withdrawn from my a/c but not recieved/update in my kotak bank credit card, after filling so many complaint my amount was deposited in kotak bank credit card at 03april2017.

                              now kotak bank suddenly returned my cheque at 10april2017but my amount/cheque till not recieved in my axis bank a/c.

                              Axis bank said that we didnt got any return amount/cheque from kotak bank and kotak bank said that we returned your cheque at 10 april 2017,
                              Its almost 50 days i didnt got my amount back from axis/kotak bank, i filled somany complaint via kotak customer care and visited somany time at both banks also, kotak bank manager giving rude answer.

                              Due to delay in credit card bill payment/cheque issue was delayed in clearing from bank, i got panulty of 2500 from kotak bank, what should i do i cant understand .
                              Rough communication and 3rd class services between this two banks i become sandwiched and still it is not cleared, didnt got any justice.

                                Dear Sir,

                                While i was working in a previous company i was opened a salaried account with ING vyasa bank by company itself. Account no. is[protected]. I left company around 2years back and since then i teared away all documents related to the bank in 2015 only. Since then till one year no messages flashed on my mobile from any bank regarding any issue. In between ING Vyasa bank merged with Kotak Mahindra bank. They started sending me messages related to my account with false AMB charges with some amoount in negative. After 2years, this monday(24/04/2017), i got a message from KM Bank that your salaried account will automatically be converted into a savings account if you will not mantain AMB of Rs. 10000/-.(image attached). So i ran today towards bank to close my account in sector 22 gurgaon branch but the official refused the closure of account saying that the account is deactive and you have to deposit around Rs. 6000/- and only after that your account will be closed.
                                My areas of concerned are as follows :

                                1. If it is a salaried account which maintains on ZERO BALANCE then how can a balance in negative showed to me by KMB.
                                2. If at all bank is converting my salaried account automatically to savings account then a simple intimation via mail/phone has to happen.
                                3. If my account was converted into a savings account previously then why i got a message now that if salary will not be credited then the account will be converted into savings account. That means still the account should be a salaried account with ZERO BALANCE and i can close the account with no money in it. Which is as per them in Negative amount.
                                4. Upon asking how the salaried account converts into savings account, he replied that without intimation we automatically convert the account after 3months then 6months and then etc etc, he tried to cover up the issue.
                                5. I opened my account with ING vyasa bank and i didn't want to have an account with KMB so how KMB can decide my AMB when it was already a salaried account.

                                So i request you to please solve my issue with KMB as i do not want the account to run further.
                                Rs.6000/- is a big amount of money which is hard earned from blood and sweat of an employee and these false charges from bank like KMB make a LOOT of the Common people.
                                Please, I want to close my account since today only as it was salaried account and i have not even used it since 1year.

                                Hi,

                                Mail received from bank that service request is registered and then within seconds got a mail that service request is closed successfully without solving.
                                Seriously pathetic from KMB point of view.

                                  This is the details of my case... On the 4th april 2017 morning my purse got robbed from my side hand bag i was travelling from virar to elphiston when i reached santacruz i got a text alert that my account is been debited with 10, 000/-at 11.46am following with the other transactions which went to a total of 85000/- in the due time i called up the customer service at 11.49am which did not connect again and again i tried the call but it did not connect.. If so would have had happened the card would have been blocked and i would not face a loss of such a big amount.. I called the same number using another unknown person number so it got connect had asked the card number which was not there with me at that time because my card was robbed.. I called my dad and took the number and then blocked it still i get a message that its been temporarily deactivated and will be actived in another 24hrs after lot of request to the customer service they permenantly blocked my card.. It was too late till then... After all this i have filed an fir at the police station.. The police verifed and took my statement about the case and later late evening filed and fir.. Next day i had gone to my home branch to inform them about the same.. Where i have given all the details of the case but they just checked the complain request and said will follow up.. No extra information or help was provided apart from the service request no and said will help in the police procedure if they need... After all this also till 10th april there was no conversation happened i was back to back fetching for my updated but nothing positive.. From my kotak friend and my corporate kotak officer i get the information that my card is under insurance cover... Therefore reading the terms and conditions i went to speak to the branch manager he asked me to submit the required documents which the manager promised me will be processed after being updated from the police.. Only after receiving the noc from the police they will see what they can do, they will process it... But very instantly i get a call from the operation manager that the insurance is been denied from the product team and when i asked her a mail.. She sent me from her id saying that i am representator so everything will be done from my end.. I asked her to ask the manager to call me.. I am still waiting..
