I pay my axis bank cheque to kotak bank at varacha main road, surat branch at 07 march 2017.
Amount (13580/-)was withdrawn from my a/c but not recieved/update in my kotak bank credit card, after filling so many complaint my amount was deposited in kotak bank credit card at 03april2017.
now kotak bank suddenly returned my cheque at 10april2017but my amount/cheque till not recieved in my axis bank a/c.
Axis bank said that we didnt got any return amount/cheque from kotak bank and kotak bank said that we returned your cheque at 10 april 2017,
Its almost 50 days i didnt got my amount back from axis/kotak bank, i filled somany complaint via kotak customer care and visited somany time at both banks also, kotak bank manager giving rude answer.
Due to delay in credit card bill payment/cheque issue was delayed in clearing from bank, i got panulty of 2500 from kotak bank, what should i do i cant understand .
Rough communication and 3rd class services between this two banks i become sandwiched and still it is not cleared, didnt got any justice.
Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This time I read entire statement and found one new charge ie auto debit failure charge Rs 500
Please reverse this If you want me to continue getting Kotak credit card service
I an not having any single problem other than this.
