Kotak Mahindra Bank — Amount deducted without any reason

Dear kotak team,

I have been trying to contact you from past 4 days but your support system is such a utter worst that it doesn't allow me to raise a query and the support number does connect at all

I hold an saving account in your bank and 18th even without any notice or any Rs 700 approximately has been deducted and the statement says cash deposit charges

When am depositing money to my own account and in kotak bank itself still why would u charge me even without any notice

I want my complete refund and i want a callback from you people immediately
