Kotak Mahindra Bank — amount has been deducted towards ksec without any intimation

Hi all,

From my savings account inr 10750 has been deducted towards ksec without any intimation & customer care service is also doesnt work efficiently to address our queries. Amount deduction was not at all intimated to me during the opening of account.

I need a quick resolution & should get to know why the amount has been deducted. Its really very disappointing service from kotak.

Hai sir good morning I have maintained minimum balance but debited by ksec minimum balance amount please refund by my amount other wise I will close my account

From my saving account money automatically transfer to ksec margin and charges something something, i dont have knowledge about this i need back my fund sir

Debited without Permission
Hi Kotak Bank,

Today suddently received notification 2914.50 Rs has been Debited from my kotak bank Balance transfer fund to KSEC without any permission. I never make any transaction as of now.
ref no :- K65507

Need your Clarification and how to get back money
