Kotak Mahindra Bank — Amount is not refunded in bank account

Hello Team,

On previous week i made recharge to my number through Paytm, the payment transaction is successful but my recharge is unsuccessful from service provider end so i have cancelled the order, afterthat paytm team refunded those amount to my account. still in my account that amount was not credited. So please help on this.
