Dear sir/ madam,
With the reference to my current account no' mentioned above i am informing you that your branch has deducted unwanted aqb charges of rs..1770 from my account, so i am requesting you to credit my account which has been deducted by your side.
While opening an account i was informed by your banking executive that my saving account is linked with my current account and there will be no issue with aqb maintenance as if i have balance in my saving account it will be combined together and balance will be counted together with my saving/current account.
I further request you to kindly credit my full amount which has been deducted from your side or else i will close my both accounts and make complain against your branch in your zonal office and in ombudsman department.
Your cooperation will be highly appreciated in this matter.
