Hello, I am from Noida and I have some unpaid dues on my Kotak Credit Card. I received a notice from an advocate from Gurgaon on behalf of Kotak Credit Cards, asking to pay dues in 7 days. Subjected email as "Appointment of Arbitrator Under Section 11 of Arbitration & Conciliation Act-1996, appointing him as the 'Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the claims' Kindly advise how to solve the issue with the above Arbitration Notice Issue and what it can effect.
