This is Shaik Akbar, I want to explain the total scenario.
I have taken Personal loan from Bajaj Fin. Rs-84, 000 Rupees in 2015, Due to my health issue i was impacted seriously like brain blood clots, in this difficult time also i have paid 50, 000. after that i was unable to pay remaining amount.
In June 2016 Bajaj fin. approached again to pay remaining amount by full and final settlement. Here when i visited bajaj office with amount to clear loan then they have taken amount 37, 764 Rupees and cleared my another loan (400CDD[protected]Mobile Loan). But they have to close my Loan account which is due and asked to settle (5920PL[protected]Personal Loan).
I have asked Bajaj to clear my personal loan first, next i will clear as per scheduled Mobile loan. But they have ignored and with out any responsibly they have sold my Loan account to Kotak Mahindra bank with out any intimation in 2019.
In 2019 4th quarter Kotak Mahindra bounces my cibil. and applied an amount 2, 55, 367 Rupees in CIBIL.com, when i approach kotak bank how this loan has been purchased, clearly they have said that they have purchased loan internally (5920PL[protected].
Again I have approached kotak for clearance of amount and cibil clearance, and as per mutual understanding we agreed to pay 51, 400 rupees. As per agreement i payed 51, 400 Rupees and received NOC, NDC. But as per agreement they have not cleared my CIBIL clearance. still its showing amount 1, 84, 207 interest amount and 20, 085 principle amount to clear for CIBIL clearance. i can provide all documents if required.
I have approached CIBIL.com with documents but still they are supporting Kotak bank, at this moment i was helpless and feeling torture with this scenario.
i was impacted badly with this issue and not able to get any loan due to they have impacted my CIBIL. i was feeling so lonely and help less.
kindly requested you to please look in to this whole scenario and help me out from this badly situation.
