    Some fraud transactions happened on my credit card and transactions are saying that "Amazon seller services mumbai" and the total amount they used is 48469 rupees.
    I have filed a FIR for these transactions
    and transactions are staying Amazon Seller Mumbai

      I am using credit card account with your bank ref card acc no. [protected] in the name of Durga Devi

      wherein fraudulent transactions are made in my account merchant name as Paytm Google play recharge noida for Rs.500/- on 18/06/2021 which was debited in my account without my knowledge.       Good Morning

        Worst service and customer care service not responding

        Hi Team,

        I totally disappointed with Kotak bank service, this bank was cheating CUSTOMERs and taking extra money..!!my problem was on Jul 5th EMI was deducted than original amount..!!
        My EMI original amount - 1103rs
        Extra charges - 234.75

        What the worst it is, why you guys taken extra amount..!! When i am purchasing I seen EMI cost was 1103rs only but again extra charges taking..!! This is totally fraud...

        My Self Kishor Dattatraya Kale,
        On 23/01/2021 I have purchased Sony 48 "7500H television from Reliance Digital Shop.
        I took a consumer loan 53630/- account number CFB3485805 CRN No[protected] from Kotak Mahindra Bank to buy a television.
        On that time your sales representative Miss Snehal mam (m) [protected] told that when ever two installments of the loan are debited from your account, then you will get cash back credit in your account.
        For this I have also signed Auto Debit form.
        But they deliberately did not submit my auto debit form with my bank.
        When the loan installment date came, I noticed that the loan installment was not debited from my account. So I brought this matter to the notice of that madam. And I paid for that month through Google pay account.Even next month my loan installment was not debited from my account so I paid the installment through phone pay.
        My three installments were debited but no cash back was credited to my account.
        So I called your customer care service and asked for my refund.
        Now they told me that your loan installments have not been debited from your account so you will not be able to get a refund.
        I realised that I had been deceived.
        Now from this month July 21 they initiate my Auto Debit as they know that now customer not eligible for cash back.
        How can you refuse my refund when there is nothing wrong with me.
        Your loan representative Snehal (m) [protected] deliberately did not send my Auto Debit form. Do not pick up the phone by repeated calls. Reliance digital showroom does not meet the last. And try to avoid me.
        Kotak Mahindra Bank had a different reputation in my mind. But after all this, the bank's reputation deteriorates.
        There is nothing wrong with me in all this. I pay my loan installments regularly.
        Please pay attention to this type of cases, because many people like me are being deceived in this way.
        I will get my cash back refund. I hope so. Because I am a common man and the refund is very important to me in this pendamic situation.

          Old Overdue still reflecting in cibil - zero response from customer care. I have availed a loan from Familycredit on year 2008. Closed on year 2011. Recently I came to know my cibil is reflecting with Rs. 2800 overdue on Kotak bank. I have attached the cibil screenshot. I tried reaching customer care, they have asked us to mail the details.           I have purchased mutual fund under different schemes from Kotak site in direct category on 29th June, and on 2nd July, while checking the details since last 3 days, i am not able to find the status of those mutual fund.
          i called at thier call centre as well.

          Following MF were purchased on 29th June under direct mode
          Kotak Emerging Equity - Direct Plan - GrowthMid Cap Fund
          Kotak Equity Opportunities Fund - Direct Plan - GrowthLarge & Mid Cap Fund
          Kotak India EQ Contra Fund - Direct Plan - GrowthContra Fund
          Kotak Infrastructure and Economic Reform Fund - Direct Plan - GrowthSectoral/Thematic
          Kotak Small Cap Fund - Direct Plan - GrowthSmall Cap Fund
          all these MF i have invested Rs. 25, 000/- each in each scheme, the same was debit from my ICICI bank reference[protected] with single debit of Rs. 1, 25, 000/- on 29th June before cut off time of 3pm.

          Following MF purchased on 2nd July under direct mode
          Kotak Bluechip Fund - Direct Plan - GrowthLarge Cap Fund
          Kotak Flexi Cap Fund - Direct Plan - GrowthFlexi Cap Fund
          all these MF i have invested Rs. 25, 000/- each in each scheme, the same was debit from my ICICI bank reference[protected] with single debit of Rs. 50, 000/- on 2nd July before cut off time of 3pm.

          when i raised a complaint with Kotak bank they simple said there is no such MF

            I have an current account with you, My CRN No. is[protected]. From Last one and half month I facing net banking password problems. Every time I have to contact customer care and asked for new password, even after receiving new password then also I am not able to log in I had forwarded my complain to technical team but then also my problem is not solved.
            My banking work was stuck during this period and also I cant do my normal banking work. It creates lots of problem to me

            Today I contacted one of your customer care whose name is jignasha
            I had verify my all personal detail and also address which is printed on cheque book but as per her my address is not correct she will not verify
            Every time whenever I contacted customer care I had verify the same address nobody has taken any objection. but today she is not verifying
            my address also her language is very rude
            The customer care people are kept to help customer or to harass the customer, can you explain it

                Money debited
                I had Done 2 transactions Worth rupees Rs 20000 &20000 on 31st Dec.2019 but it deducted from my account But not credited in the receiver account.
                Regarding this I had also complaint to custumer care agent but they doesn't resolve my problem and talked very rudely and got angry on me, I'm complaining since 30th Dec 2019, but I isn't get resolution.
                I had talked with my bank regarding my concern but they said me that from our end there is no problem of deduction of money from your account.It's your Wallet(Phone Pe) Problem talk with them, they will resolve your problem.

                  Complaint: Fuel surcharge waiver not done for transaction at BBM Venture Pune done on 23 Apr 2021. Complaint raised on 26 May 2021 to Rachana. That fool said My number was not reachable and hence, complaint closed without any CUSTOMER feedback. Same complaint raised again, these ### say the dispute can not be raised beyond 60 days. But these ### should realise that dispute was raised on 26 May and not 01 Jul.
                  For reference, I have been using the same fuel station and same card and this never happened in last 7 years.

                      Greeting of the day..!!

                      This is Shaik Akbar, I want to explain the total scenario.

                      I have taken Personal loan from Bajaj Fin. Rs-84, 000 Rupees in 2015, Due to my health issue i was impacted seriously like brain blood clots, in this difficult time also i have paid 50, 000. after that i was unable to pay remaining amount.

                      In June 2016 Bajaj fin. approached again to pay remaining amount by full and final settlement. Here when i visited bajaj office with amount to clear loan then they have taken amount 37, 764 Rupees and cleared my another loan (400CDD[protected]Mobile Loan). But they have to close my Loan account which is due and asked to settle (5920PL[protected]Personal Loan).

                      I have asked Bajaj to clear my personal loan first, next i will clear as per scheduled Mobile loan. But they have ignored and with out any responsibly they have sold my Loan account to Kotak Mahindra bank with out any intimation in 2019.

                      In 2019 4th quarter Kotak Mahindra bounces my cibil. and applied an amount 2, 55, 367 Rupees in CIBIL.com, when i approach kotak bank how this loan has been purchased, clearly they have said that they have purchased loan internally (5920PL[protected].

                      Again I have approached kotak for clearance of amount and cibil clearance, and as per mutual understanding we agreed to pay 51, 400 rupees. As per agreement i payed 51, 400 Rupees and received NOC, NDC. But as per agreement they have not cleared my CIBIL clearance. still its showing amount 1, 84, 207 interest amount and 20, 085 principle amount to clear for CIBIL clearance. i can provide all documents if required.

                      I have approached CIBIL.com with documents but still they are supporting Kotak bank, at this moment i was helpless and feeling torture with this scenario.

                      i was impacted badly with this issue and not able to get any loan due to they have impacted my CIBIL. i was feeling so lonely and help less.

                      kindly requested you to please look in to this whole scenario and help me out from this badly situation.

                        I wanted to open Kotak 811 account which is completely free with zero minimum balance but one of the sales executives of Kotak Mahindra Bank City Light branch surat assured me that if I keep my minimum balance for 6 months of amount 10, 000/- Rs then later on my account will be updated to a minimum balance of zero with the same services I am being benefited as Kotak Saving Account. But now even after 7-8 months, I am not benefitting any of the promising services even I needed to keep my balance up to 10, 000/- for a whole year but I had withdrawn my amount so I am here to request you for the same so Kotak won't charge me any of minimum balance or any unreliable charges.

                            I was tricked by the credit card agent and issued a card. Agent called me to and told me that they will put me in Do not disturb list for that they have to initiate the process and place to DND list. They asked me to provide OTP which suppose to be put me on DND. However, I got to know through SMS that they fraudulently raised credit card application on my behalf. I called the agent couple of time but they did not answered my call. I also called the customer care multiple times to raise a compliant and cancel the card. But they gave me multiple reasons and asked to call again and again. I would want to raise a compliant again these people.

                            On 18 june, 2021 i raised a compliant through phone by calling the kotak customer care and same is registered. However, they have not cancelled the application yet and I have got a message stating credit is ready to dispatch. I do not want any credit card.

                                  I am Joseph Reddy Dwaram, from Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. I have applied for the position for Operations Manager, as a fresher in Kotak Mahindra Bank at Bangalore.

                                  I was asked to pay the amount of Rs.2550 as registration fee and then a week later I have attended the interview and also received a feedback letter as I was good in the interview. But now I was asked to pay Rs.7, 500. for profile and document verification and was told it's refundable from the bank once I on board the role.

                                  I have paid Rs.2550, for registration and now I want to inform you( Kotak Mahindra Bank).

                                  I was told by my uncle who worked earlier in the same bank for long time and he totally disagrees to this and asked me to drop a mail to head office team, so that the team would look into it and take required actions.

                                    I was assured of 50 lacs OD limit with 10.50 percent interest, against swipe card machines (more than 10 Cr cash payment) being used at my petrol pump. Garvita ([protected]) was handling my case. Subsequently after two weeks of continuous assurance Garvita told me that henceforth my case will be dealt by his senior Mr Tejas ([protected]). Garvita brought Mr Tejas on line and details of OD limit against swipe machines at petrol pump with 10.50 interest was discussed in details. Mr Tejas reassured me that 50 lacs OD limit with 10.50 interest rate will be approved by coming Monday.
                                    Today (29th June, 21) Mr Tejas alongwith one more gentleman visited my residence in Gurugram and asked me and my wife to sign the documents of OD limit. When my wife was signing the documents I just to be doubly assured I asked Mr Tejas where is interest 10.50 mentioned in documents. To my surprise he said it is having two year payment plan. Even at this stage he did not mention that these are the documents of business loan. When I further inquired how their could be payment plan in OD limit, then he shifted blame on Garvita i.e. Garvita had asked for business loan. He was getting signed papers of business loan in place of OD limit. I was shocked and taken a back, how responsible people in bank like Kothak can behave? I immediately asked my wife to cancel all the signatures she had done so far.
                                    When I questioned Mr Tejas that why he was getting signed business loan papers instead of OD limit, he put entire blame on Garvita, that is what he was briefed by Garvita. Which I know he was lying because Garvita on phone (three o[censored]s on line) categorically explained Tejas, that it was a case of OD limit, against swipe machines with 10.50 interest.
                                    Sir it is classic case of how even people sitting in responsible seats can go to any extent to achieve their target. How they try to befool and cheat the common public, they do not spare even retired people from armed forces. Person like Tejas are least concerned about your bank's image, having least ethical and integrity values.
                                    The three week bad experience has not only wasted my valuable time, energy but also dented the image of an elite bank in my image.
                                    I hope you will take adequate corrective measures so that in future people like me do not under go such sufferings and your bank image remains protected.
