Kotak Mahindra Bank — atm cw fees-dom

I am holding kotak mahindra account since 2016 account no [protected] . It is a saving account. It was told that you
There are 2 times 23.60 has been deducted in last nov month its cw fee
i have no zero balance account then why bank are deducting these charges. Please explain the reason and if it is incorrectly deducted

I have been using this account since last 2 years and its 0 balance basic saving account but I’ve noticed that my account is keep deducting rs 23.60 on the daily basis for the atm cw fees-dom since last month. And i had withdrawal only once in a month and I’ve charged almost 5 times till today and its very irritating. I want to know why its keep happening why am I getting charged with the nonsense fees I don’t want it to keep happening please do something about it immediately.

Ihave been using this account from last 3 years and my kotak account is salary account but now i have noticed that my account is keep deducting from rs.23.60 on the daliy basis for the atm cw fees-dom. As per my knowledge there are 5 transctions are free in a month and i had withdrawl only once in this month and i had withdrawal rs.1000 on 20 march but after that transaction i have charged 5 times till toady, your bank is keep charging rs.23.60 from my account which is not good

Same thing was happening with me too i have been using this account from last 1 year and the application was showing that kotak bank has deducted 23.60 rupee 4 times from my account but i have withdraw money only one time in the previous month can you kotak bank tell me what the stupidity is going with account..kotak was also doing the same thing that other banks do.. deducting the money of people without any correct reason..i request you to solve this problem as soon as possible..

I have been using Kotak Mahindra 811 zero balance saving account from the last 1 year. But now this is too much I have noticed that my account is keeping charging from Rs.23.60, 29.30, 18.05 and 17.47 don't know why this is deducting from my account, in fact i don't know ATM CW FEE, POST DELE FEE, It is okay that you are charging from after more than free transaction but this is too much which is not good this all are hidden charges may be.
I just want to know and i need an explanation that why i keep charging with that nonsense fees. This is totally pathetic and that means if I keep my money in the account it will become nill soon from the way you are charging.
I am giving you some screenshots from the site alse i have too much before i had ignored but now in pandemic everybody is facing from financial crisis..please solve this query ASAP.

As per my knowledge there are 5 transctions are free in a month and i had withdrawl only once in this month and i had withdrawal rs.500 on 15th october but after that transaction i have charged 5 times till toady, your bank is keep charging rs.23.60 from my account which is not good that means you have charged total rs.118 for rs.500 and the value becomes rs.382 of that withdrawal.

I just want to know and i need an explanation that why i am keep charging with that nonsense fees. This is total pathetic and that means if i keep my money in the account it will become nill soon from the way you are charging.

Same thing happen continuous 3 days dey deducted 23.87 Rs without any information bank charges getting deducted

why are you charge and cutting my money from account
i'll deactivate my kotak account .
