Kotak Mahindra Bank — atm fraudulent transaction | |||
Hello Sir/Madam I am Shveta Papneja having salary account ( (A/c no ******4114) in Kotak Mahindra Bank. On 1st July, 2018 at around 12:43 pm I got constant messages of withdrawal of Rs. 40, 000 (4 transactions of Rs.10, 000) from my debit card (********1752) however my debit card is with me only and I have not done this transactions. Instantly I called customer care and blocked my card. I have never shared my card and its details to anybody. Then how can anybody take my money. This is certainly a fraud. I got an extra interest charges for 3 times with different amount on my credit card bill even though i paid bill on time.
Kindly resolve this issue and refund me back.
