Kotak Mahindra Bank — auto debit failure charges and over limit charges in my credit card statement

Dear kmbl

I hold a credit card ending with 3890 kotak mahindra bank — unwanted auto debit failure charges have been levied to my account incessantly...
My crn is 3295 3923

Kotak team when i pay my dues with interest to my credit card why have you revised my card limit from 60000 to 55000? Ugly move

You reduce my limit all of a sudden and text me in top of that charging me for over the limit when i still had a limit of 3000 what kind cheap trick you people are playing with your customers to earn the over limit was caused due to your banks policy decision and not customer induced transaction... So is this the new way you people have started swindling the customer...

Please clarify... When was this debit mandate ever authorised by me
