I paid my transaction at a due date but the same amount will auto debit failure charges hpn later on i don't whatever the amount i have a due i paid that.. And auto debit failure charges it's nt my fault and plze can you recheck my auto debit failure charges and moreover i got gst taxes also in this auto debit failure amt please as soon as possible can u deactivate auto bebit option on my account or else plaze waive off my amount reflected in the statement auto debit failure charges.

I made a transaction of 660 rupees through phonepe but it is failed and the amount is deducted from the account and there is no refund till now.
The utr is given in the attachments kindly check.
The refund is not done.

RM took my documents and said that ur salary account wwould get activated in 3 days its been 5 days and theres no msg from bank and RM is not responding..plss help ..as my salry is going to credit soon and i cannot link any other account rather than kotak so any just help me out with this problem.
