Hi This is inform to that my account Ballance not update kotak bank side and also complaint registered but no buddy response [protected] amazon refund my Ballance but no any update bank side I am contact kotak bank helpline but hi is not found any update bank side so what I am doning because my Ballance is invisible Please any busy help bank is unnesserry charger account and no confirmation customer no received any msg this is very poor policy is kotak bank.
