[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — Bank providing me to contradictory letters for same issue and also not replying to my complaint

I had a bank transaction fraud last year on 4th Jan 2020 and in that i lost 50, 000. The same day I had lodged a police complaint with cyber cell and asked the bank to freeze my account. After the incident i kept on following with the bank on the same. But I didnt receive any response. They lied about sending me a letter through courier in March 2020 as I havent received any letter. As I am working in Hyd my dad kept on following with the bank but still he didnt get any response. After a year they issued me a letter stating that they cant do anything in this case. However the branch operation manager Pinal Girish Shah was very rude to us and handed over one letter to us. The letter was incorrect on the first place and he was also not ready to show the receipt of the courier delivery. The first letter which he provided was incorrect, so after arguing he provided us with the second letter. So my only question is has he really send any letter to my address for this issue and in this case which letter did he forward. The manager was never co-operative and the amount is huge. So I please expect some action against him.
