    Incident time: 5th Feb 2021, Approx. 07:15 Pm

    Today my friend went to withdraw money from Kotak ATM. She received a torn note from the ATM, Kotak bank was connected to the ATM so she requested the security guy to exchange the note. Guy took the note, went inside, came back and said the bank is now closed so come tomorrow. She requested the guy to change the note today as coming tomorrow was not possible on which the guy adamantly said 'Chal Chal Nikal' (Get lost).

    Is this the way now staff will behave to the Kotak service users? This is how staff will respond to a lady customer?

    I expect strict actions should be taken with such staff and this should not happen again with anyone.

      I got a call from the bank in 2019 and they asked me if I wanted to activate CPP plan. I clearly said no but they activated it without my permission. I called them back and they said that they would send cancellation request to bank. However no action was taken and the plan remained active. The plan automatically renewed on 13th April 2020 and when I asked bank about the deduction they did not say it was for CPP. Instead they said it was a fraud. Recently i came to know it was for CPP and asked them how to deactivate. They told me to call toll free number but it is always busy and no one even calls back.

        Sir
        I had ordered Fastag through the subject bank online on 21st Jan 2021at 21:18:38 hrs vide Order ID-FTPGSR[protected].Payement of Rs400 was made on line through Transaction Ref No-T01030.
        Later as per the bank requirement i had mailed my vehicle RC book copy at email address provided by the bank at my mob [protected] as a text message. Unfortunately nothing happened after that .Neither I recieved the Fastag nor any refund, ,

            Used the credit card with the hope that I can pay the amount on EMI basis as mentioned but when I asked for it, they denied, resulting regularly, I paid interest of approx 2000 per month but during covid 19 my card due was approx 28000/- I opted for moratorium, after that I wanted to pay the amount but as my card was expired I was unable to get the details, I called so many times but no one was answering, my card limit was 15000 but they increased interest to 28000/- including overdraft penalty 700/- per month which I have not issued.
            I tried to do something to get rid of it and begging to convert the amount into emi, their representative make my fool and told me to pay minimum due for the request of the same.
            I did it but still my due amount is increasing and no emi option is there.
            what is the use of this useless act.
            I am not a person who so not want to pay but they have a real greed for interest only and does not want their customer to come out of it. Moreover I got blocked my credit card before October 2020 and also they charged penalty on covid 19 time. They tried to cheat the customer.

                Credit card settlement process

                My wife received a credit card with a limit of 50k though she doesn't knows anything about credit card and it was her first time. The salalry was also less than 20k still Kotak gave card of 50k limit now that she has spent without knowing cycles of payment n other interest and charges her card is full of charges.                 Hi. Shakila here from Chennai. I have been using kotak credit card since 2-3 years. Bcoz of it's services, I decided to got for a settlement and close the card. And asked for settlement since from a year from the collection team, whoever comes directly to complete there monthly incentives. Calls up to pay minimum due and assures for a settlement for that, but never turn back after receiving[protected] as cash. Later, after pandemic..their unethical behavior have made things literally worst. Either they come up directly home without intimation or stand up in the streets and speak loudly saying if I cudnt pay why I m holding a card., When I have already asked abt settlement. And they approach our neighbors asking have we abscond or asking our details and informing our payment due story. Our neighbors are so much disturbed with this, as kotak ppl are visiting them more than my place. And they feel its disturbing their privacy. From last 6 months, the same thing happened, not one person was handling the case, they were multiple ppl visiting every alternative day. Not one was handling the case. They were not following up any code of conduct even called me up till 10-10.30 at night. Threatening to pay immediately or they will come home morning directly or raise a compliant. I have called up many times to customer care and asked for a correct manager with whom I will get resolved. But even they ditched me by giving fake letters from their personal mail IDs.Now recently Mr Vignesh was handling the case, where i have to provide me settlement letter for 27000, to make it one shot settlement, as I really wanted to come out of it once for all. In between another manager sent his executive saying he is handling the case, inspiteeeee of informing about settlement. Now these both managers are following up for the same case. Jan 1st week i informed that to issue by 22nd Jan . They gave me a basic kotak booklet letter without seal. where they have mentioned even if I settle on one shot, they will ask for payment of interest in future and it was not mentioned in that clearly like card will get closed or settled. As per their conversation, they said that card will continue, now what's the point of doing this settlement. When there is no guarantee of settlement on card closure. So I asked for some time to check about this letter., They are rushing up reaching my home in my absence, disturbing my neighbours and enquiring about me when I was on call with them. Speaking loud. They were demanding to pay at least 10k as of now just for their incentive. My concern is Whatever they are saying verbally that they will zerodised the statement or this is final settlement after payment. But they are not ready to mail this from official ID. Then how it is guarantee for the settlement. I m ready to even pay today and close. But they change their words every time to get money not to resolve the issue. If I say some thing they are like I have to abide whatever they say or else they will scream near my house and asking me to come police station to book a case against me. What kind of behavior is this. Why code of conduct is mentioned when it is not being followed by their employees. They are not letting me to cross check the settlement process n I feel that they are doing mental harassment and being cheated or blackmailed. No body from kotak was a genuine person to resolve this issue. I have all the proofs related to all this. Let's see what steps are taken after this .mail I'd [protected]@gmail.com

                  I had open my kotak 0 balance account couple of year back but because of some reason, the account was inactive, Now one of my payee added 1000 to that account and my account become active. When i checked balance it is appearing only 557 and 442 is deducted as Lien amount. Last year when i visited branch to close my account, they said that it will automatically freeze after 6 month and deny to close at that point. I do not have any notification about charges on in active account prior. Below is my account details

                    From past one month I am harrased by the recovery agent of Kotak cards.
                    If my husband is unable to answer his call, then he starts calling me and talks in very abusive language.
                    When I politely told him that im separated from my husband and do not harass me for his dues, then he went ahead and called up the CEO of my company and further calling up the management.
                    They recovery agents are ill mannered and uneducated that they do not know how to talk to a lady.
                    Further he calls me at 11:45 pm in night which is actually not appropriate.

                    Kotak cards is actually loosing its name due to such holligans.

                    This is a serious concern and need to take legal action against kotak bank now.

                            Hi I took Loan from Kotak bank however I was regularly paying my EMI every month but during Covid19 I lost my job and I requested the bank several times to give me moratorium over the phone and email but they never approved and said our backend team has rejected however upon asking they said they don't know why it's rejected .later the bank sent me lawyer notice and after requesting so much they made me pay the EMI and also extra Rs. 8000 i took loan from my friend just for interest I requested but they never Helped I hope that you all will take some action as the bank is just harassing people mentally so much .it's the worst customer service I came across and the worst bank in the entire market ...(Kotak mahindra bank)
