Kotak Mahindra Bank — Bus ticket double bookings | |
Hi, As I am writing this details with pain which I am suffering with the service to me as a customer . I have done 2 times bookings with same buses unfortunately for my round trip to goa through my kotak app from goibibo. I want to cancel my 1st booking. Tried reaching goibibo no response . Email sent on [protected]@goibibo.com mails not delivering to this email and tried reaching with different emails and contact fortunately did not connect with any of those . It is almost 3 days till date I did get anyresponse from contacted mail ID's.photos are attached of my tickets which I need to cancel and get my refund back.
