Kotak Mahindra Bank — cancellation of card protection plan

Cancel my card protection plan of my credit card... And you cannot deduct amount of 1649rs foo card protection plan without intimation or a call... And i have tried to call your customer care number but it is not at all connecting to speak with a person... If i lost my card i hve to call one of the customer care number but its not connecting how can you people protect my card... Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (2)

IMPS amount of 6, 000 INR got deducted from my account but not credited in beneficiary's account. The amount and transaction is very important for me. Please transfer in beneficiary's account or else refund me asap.
Tried reaching the customer care for kotak but got no response at all from their side.
