      The ajent vignaharta direct insurance broker pvt d 221 sector 63 noida co partner with of kotak life issued me issued me soled me policy no 02306807 on 09.11.2011 with false promises that you take one time investment rs 30000/- and you get rs 100000/- after eight year so it will be matured 10.06.2018 but we have not received the money so far. I paid rs 30000/ through cheqe no[protected] syndicate bank for deposit as asked by husky voiced girls of vignaharta telling that they are from kotak assured plan and your money will be matured in eight year and get rs 100000/- buy by kotak insurance company. So we have not received rs 100000/-. I believe the being kotak insurance reputed company in india.

      I request to forum can take action against vignaharta and insider of kotak life insurance and provide my matured amount rs 100000/- the policy copy first page enclosed herewith and the policy issue from kotak mahindra old mutual life insurance limited, central processing cenre 8 th floor, godrej coliseum, sion (East) mumbai 400022.

      The Company not refund money kotak assured plan and your money will be matured in eight year and get rs 100000/- buy by kotak insurance company. So we have not received rs 100000/-. I believe the being kotak insurance reputed company in india.

        I was approved with a consumer loan and the first emi was on 5th Jan 2019. I received several emails stating nchs not registered pay through online but they presented a cheque in my account several times from Jan 5th till Feb 1st and there are so many bounce and inward return charges applied to my account till yesterday. I am been mentally pressurized by the number of follow ups made when the procedure followed by the bank was completely wrong and not notified to the customer through proper channel. The complaints team manager mr.saravanan from kotak consumer loan department advices me to pay the first emi on 4th February and instructing me to allow an other cheque bounce tomorrow 5th Feb to improve my cibil score when the fault is completely from their side. I would like to bring this to the proper channel and get justice from RBI and national consumer complaints team

          It is very shamful that my money has been debited from my credit card by the name of bilpay.i don't have any kind of bill add in my app and i never pay anykind of bill from my kotak app.it is very bad for me and i am not happy to use kotak credit card.please remove this 300 rp bill which is given by your side.it is very helpful for me if you do so.

            cancellation of card protection plan

            Cancel my card protection plan of my credit card... And you cannot deduct amount of 1649rs foo card protection plan without intimation or a call... And i have tried to call your customer care number but it is not at all connecting to speak with a person... If i lost my card i hve to call one of the customer care number but its not connecting how can you people protect my card......

            Please cancel my card protection plan of my credit card... And you cannot deduct amount of 1649rs from my credit card for card protection plan without intimation or a call... And i have tried to call your customer care number but it is not at all connecting to speak with a person... If i lost my card i have to call one of the customwr care but it is not connecting how can you people protect my card...

              On 28 dec 2018, i draw atm money from hdfc atm at sant nagar burari, transaction was passed but money not received.
              I complained to customer care on 29 dec 2018, but after 7 days they mailed me that complaint is rejected because transaction was successful.
              Therefore i request you to take this as serious and solve my problem immediately.

                Hi.

                I have been using a credit card from kotak bank for over 2 years now. I have a credit card payment due on feb 2. I have no previous amount due for the card. The bank has been calling me since last 4 days for payment of the card. I said if the amount is due on 2nd, it would be done. But today they should have called more than 50 times. This is harassment to the core. I still paid the money today, that’s feb 1. But the calls have still not stopped. This is too much. I want kotak to answer me for the harrasment they have done.

                  Kotak Mahindra Bank Harassment to me

                  - Block my Account last 4 months
                  - Wrongly block account
                  - KYC Documents submitted after 25 days not verification
                  - Visit to branch but no response
                  - I have complain to Customer car
                  - Without solution closed complain
                  - Again I have complain, KYC submitted but not verification
                  - After 2/3 days call your assistants and he told me representative not find your home address
                  - But I have regularly received Courier/Post ext. no any problem with address
                  - Your representation verified KYC document after 1 days
                  - Again complain successfully closed but my account blocked
                  - But my account not release/de-block
                  - I have loss Rupees 5000 to 8000, Lots of dividend return
                  - I have complain in Email No response
                  - I have complain in Telephone (customer card) No response
                  - I have visit to branch no response.
                  - Till date blocked my account not release/De-block account.
                  - If you are not take responsibility why should you open account.
                  - So I request you please help me closed my all account without wasting time

                    I had kotak urbane credit card. I missed some payment so i decided to close this card by making payment of settlement 16500rs as the bank guy (Hitesh pawar) told me. My card limit was 15000 as this was my 1st credit card.

                    So i paid them next day after call which is[protected]. I was out of town at time of payment. I didn't received any reversal later from bank. Now bank keep on asking for 11100 rs to be paid for credit card bill.

                        Hi,
                        10 days before my due date i started receiving phone calls everyday stating ur due date is on 23rd, due to that inconvenience i stated i ll not make the payment i want to do settlement. But everyday atleast 20 to 30 times i receive call from the collections. Hence i requested to talk to a supervisor. A person named karthik spoke to me but the way he spoke to me was very insulting, he said i don't have the capacity to may after all 900. But i was ready to settle the complete amount at one shot which is 45000. But the way he spoke to me and his imsults are ridiculous which affected me mentally now am disturbed. I dont want to continue any services from kotak and am scared about the collection supervisor. Please help me from him.

                        Please be very careful with this website, people call and starte they are calling on behalf of the bank and speak to you regarding settlement and send u a request via upi. Dont make the payment they ll give all emp id tell u its just an approval link. Don't do it its all fake I just received a call from [protected] named Rahul a fraud.

                          My wife got a call from number [protected], which was a Kotak Number and a credit card was sold to her. She was told that the card has insurance of 5 lacs complimentary but later even before the credit card got delivered, she was charged 1399 on the card without her consent. Wrong information was given to her. This is a complete Fraud case and Kotak executives give wrong information while selling credit card. How can someone charge money without pin or OTP? call on [protected] to discuss

                            This is very pathetic service from kotak credit card department. As i have paid the billing amount on 3rd jan 2019 and my last date of payment was 5jan (There is some neft issue with bank and payment will reflect to kotak on 9th jan. Now i have received the new statement on 18th of jan 2019 and found late fee charges added with interest and gst in my current bill.
                            Why i need to pay late fee charges?

                              I am saving account holder in kotak bank, bhiwadi branch. On dtd :- 28.01.19 time:- 17:27, i was trying to withdraw money of rs. 9000/- from hdfc bank atm at halla viston bhiwadi having atm code no-p3awbh07. No cash came out of the atm after going through all necessary option.

                              However, immediately when i checked statement, the amount was deducted from my account.

                              Therefore i kindly request you to look into the matter and credit back the amount of rs 9000 to my a/c at earliest.

                              Kindly do the needful and oblige.

                              TBMS charges are applied in my account without prior information, even after changing account type 811 Account its an Zero Balance Account. But suddent They debit 184 Rupees Into my account They 23 ruppes At 8 times. So kindly resolve My issue and refund my amount

                                  Dear Team,

                                  With reference to my concern related to refund transaction in my banking account; it’s been more than 40 days I am not getting any resolution and the amount which was refunded by merchant (LinkedIn) on 17th Dec’2018 is still not been credited into my account. Whenever, I call to customer service team they always transferred my call to their senior or arrange a call back from concern team and post which also I will not get any resolution to my concern.

                                  Below is my case history of my concern is as:

                                  On 11th December’2018 – Rs. 18, 268.00 was auto debited from my account without my knowledge and permission and it was an international transaction;
                                  On 12th December’2018 – I raised a complaint against the above said amount which was auto debited from my account and was asked to wait for 90 days to get it resolved;
                                  On 14th December’2018 – Rs. 18, 268.00 was credited into my account which was shadow amount and not able to use the amount;
                                  When I got to know that my problem will not get resolved from your end, I approached my merchant (LinkedIn) related to it and raised a complaint against this amount;
                                  On 17th December’2018 – As per the above said merchant (LinkedIn); they issued a refund of Rs. 18, 268.00 and which is still not credited in my account;
                                  Post which, I am continuously following up with your team related to it and no one is able to provide me any resolution except a TAT and call back arrangement;
                                  From last 4 days; I have been asked to wait for a call from investigating team related to it but still I have not received any call from anyone;
                                  On 6th January'2018, at last after 10 days of daily conversation, they raised one more complaint against refund issue amount and provided me 10 days more TAT that to not for resolution, they said that they will inform me. Also, I asked them that it is because I have raised a Fraudulent complaint, the amount is not getting reflected in my account and if so please withdraw the same but here also I got very illogical response which is really not convincing me.

                                  As a banker, it might be a very small amount or transaction for them but it really matter a lot to me as it is my hard earned money and unable to manage anything without this so that’s the reason I fought back with LinkedIn people to get it resolved. Now, when they have refunded the amount, you are making me fool out it providing me TAT on TAT.

                                  This is reason I am marking this mail to everybody to whom I could because now I want this to be resolved and do release my amount at the earliest as till now I borrowed money from others but now I am not able to manage myself in regards to financial matters and I cannot beg anymore to anyone.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and do the needful ASAP.
