Kotak Mahindra Bank — Cancellation of credit card | |||||
I, mita barua, want to discontinue my credit card services at the earliest. Card no. [protected] Expiry: 05/16 Crn: 65942441 Mobile no.: [protected]. The customer care link is not working. Banking people are always neglecting my request to cancel the service. Every single time i am trying to get in touch with through the customer care link, after submission of form the next page prompts that service is temporarily unavailable. I, don't have the exact customer care mail id that is why i am bound to send the mail to service. [protected]@kotak.com, [protected]@kotak.com, itsecurity. [protected]@kotak.com I don't even use the credit card but every month i am paying the service charges. Awful customer service ever received!!!
