My account & all transactions with debit card is blocked by bank since 29th jun. Done all procedure &fill up kyc also but not yet unblock. Now i am in hospitalised, need urgent money for treatment but cant withdrawal money. I visited nearest bank also, said u have to wait some days but i want urgently unblock my account pls help me.

Other 1 complain about bank cut my money from my account said not used account last 1 yr. So charges is cutting but how much 12000 rs. He deducted from my accounts not give any details of that deductions.

    I missed on my last payment/minimum due of my credit card. Just a months due was unpaid and my account was ceased and sent to collection. I have to face a lot of issues due to this as I could not pay my other debts on time. I reviewed RBI rules and kotak policies wherein if account is due for three months/90days it gets in collections. Going to lodge a complaint/suit against you to RBI. I'm unhappy with the way you handled this issue. Customer representative doesn't have knowledge about the same and don't know the policies. Sooner as this issue gets resolve will close my bank account and credit card with kotak and will also advice friends and family to do so.

      Dear Team,

      I seen details of my Credit card entire 12 month and every month their is average Rs. 500 + 75 (service tax) charged for Payment Auto debit failure charges please check attached statement for your reference.

      I have not noticed this amount yet but this is totally unacceptable. This auto dept option i chosen for optional payment. I thought whenever i will forget to make payment earlier, i can take credit from credit account. But you are charging auto debit failure fee more than my actual monthly bill. I cant afford it and want my complete money back with immediate affect.

      And please help me stop this BS which you are telling as facility.

      please check in your system I was not accepted any time for Auto debit service but still Bank Charging.

        Myself girish. H. S. I am using kotak mahindra credit card with no. [protected]. I was debited an amount of about rs 1299 on june 3rd 2016 shortly after obtaining the credit card towards "oneassist" services without my consent. After refusing the service, they offered a discount price and i continued as i didnt want to create trouble. Again on june 5th an amount of rs1, 299 has been debited to my credit card account for renewal of the services without my consent.
        I called the oneassist number and asked them to take back and revert the amount. But they are not listening and trying to convince me to continue.
        I want the cancellation of the service and reversal of transaction.

          I visited the bank of whitefield branch on 4th july and then i was told the person who take care of operations has not come and i should come after lunch time then again i went on 5th july to submit a request for changing my signature but the person was so rude first he asked me about the signature proof and all and when i said that i am carrying all the proof then he said that server is down and come next week.. I mean what kind of service is this just neglecting the job responsibilities.

          Will take this to higher authorities and social media

          This is a salary and zero balance account. A complete fraud is this from kotak bank. Planning to take this issue to higher level and will try fullest to move my company's account to some other bank.

            As per credit card statement of MAy 2017, paid Rs 3600 on its due date. on the same day, kotak put the charges for auto debit failure. In JUNE 17 statement it said Rs. 500 . And as on today it says Rs 1150 which is totally unacceptable. The Feb17 statement should have said only rs 199 (Annual Fee). In between Customer care asked me to pay Rs 576. But why should I pay 377 extra. When I replied them again then there was no reply....

            My name is Ashok Shamrao Darekar taken personal loan of 10.12 lakhs from KOTAK bank on June 2016. My personal loan account no is APAC 59875363

            While signing agreement bank person told & shown in written on document below condition for foreclose loan

            · You should not close before 12 months

            · There is 0% foreclose charges.

            Today I am foreclosing loan as 12 months over by doing balance transfer from other bank. But KOTAK bank now charging me 5% charges on my outstanding amount.

            Now bank is telling me, if you are doing BT, than you have to pay foreclose charges, which is written in small letter, not given time to read it and intensely not told at the time of agreement

            Regarding this I have send email several time to bank & their nodal offier, but I have not got any response.

            Please help me and save me for this cheating from KOTAK bank.

              i facd a huge problem these days because of your silly service, like unnecessary deductions from my account .. My ECS date is 2 and i deposited my ECS amount on my Kotak account but bank deduct sone unnecessary charges from my account and my ECS got jumped because of insufficient balance. i am really get fed up from this nonsense please solve this problem as soon as possible..                 On July month if w e check 2700 rs of check bounce amount as deducted. But not even informed customer and no intimation via sms or phone.
                But which they deduction complite crime. We want put in case in court.
                Can u Pls reverse my fund what actually deducted.
                I am 5 year account holder. Kindly wave off the amount. But very high amount deducting in salary account.

                  Account opening has been done on kotak through bio-metric with kotak executive prakash (Emp code - 73902) on 27th mar 2017. Prakash requested to deposit rs.5000 for account opening in kotak using url received in my mobile from kotak. Fund transfer has been done successfully through citrus payment gateway and rs.5000 has been debited from my existing citibank account. Prakash mentioned that this rs.5000 will be transferred to my new kotak account ([protected]) crn no[protected].

                  Imps ref no[protected] for rs.5000 transferred on 27th mar 2017 was still not credited to my new kotak bank account nor reversed back to my existing citibank account until now (02 july 2017)

                  I had received a letter confirmation from citibank stating that imps transaction done via citrus payment gateway was successful. However this amount was not credited back to my kotak account.

                  I had reached the kotak branch in ashok nagar and explained the issue, however they were not in an position to help me out with the issue. Request your help to resole this issue and credit back my rs.5000 to my kotak account or citibank account

                  I had enclosed the list of documents
                  1) account opening form received from prakash on 27th march 2017
                  2) imps fund transfer screen shot through citrus payment gateway done through my mobile on 27th mar 2017
                  3) citibank confirmation letter stating successful imps rs.5000 transfer with reference no[protected]

                  This has been one of the worst experience for me where a bank states that they were unable to track / identify the transaction which was done using their url.

                    You already taken rs 677.81 on June 10 and rs 12.19 and rs 517.50 rs on june 19 for non maintenance of MAB ( I Attached the screenshot of the that ) totally 1207.50 rs

                    As per you promise earlier after maintaining MAB REVERSAL of the previous deducted amount. I also attached your previous message.there you promise;

                    Last month my MAB IS 35411.31rs 3 times more than minimum MAB RS10000

                    so, quickly reversal the deducted amount. I can continue my kotak account.

                          I had opened my salary account in kotak bank but soon it got converted into savings account. I was told by the bank employees that you need to maintain minimum balance in my account that is 10, 000 every month. That is what exactly i was doing from past 2 year. Only last month i somehow not able to manage the requested amount. So i found out how much it's got deducted. It was rs 970 for the current. When i visited the branch they told you have an ace account in that you need to maintain 50000every month which i was totally unaware of. I was shocked to know that this trend is going on for past 2 years. Whenever my account balance was below 50000 they directly deducted the amount i. E, rs 970. Please take a serious action on this and wave off my amount as soon as possible.

                            First I open saving account through Kotak 811. It is told that zero balance account but after full KYC visit your representative told that I should maintain minimum 5000 for Nova saving account.i have no problem with this I told it is ok . He told that first year debit card has no charges but after 45 days 172 rupees debited from my account. Also for Nova saving account quarterly one cheque book is free but 33rupees debited from my account only for 10leaves of cheque book..Kotak bank is cheating with customers.. I want to close my account.

Without my knowledge Kotak Mahindra has issued home loan in my absence, I don’t have savings account in your bank nor I have signed in any papers regarding housing loan, I don’t know even present status whether am co owner, owner or guarantor !! But unfortunately, i made a mistake by writing my credit card number wrongly in deposit challan on 6/6/201. So i would like to request you to refund the credit card deposit money as soon as possible. And also i will enclose my last deposition details to the credit card. Our customer team not response now. Kindly refund my mistaken deposit amount in my credit card account.

                                I am a former employee of kotak mahindra bank, vikaspuri branch, delhi. I was under notice period from 09/01/2017 to 10/04/2017.
                                My last working day was april 10th 2017. I have completed the separation process in the systems also.
                                It has been more than three months since i have resigned from the bank, still i haven't got any intimation regarding my relieving letter. I have already call to the hr regarding the same...

                                Hi i received a call from some arvind stating that, is calling from kotak bank, and asked for my other banks, account details, debit card no. Pin and cvv details,, once i denied, he narrated a story that i had a credit card with abn amro, which i not paid... How kotak is related with abn amro,, no statements nothing has been givn to me by any such credit card info by any bank...
                                For past 2 days, few of my facebook friends getting a call from delhi nos. [protected] and [protected], he is telling his name is arvind,, and calling from kotak bank, and saying that i have taken a 50 lacs of loan and all those respective friends are guarantor in that loan,, he is abusing those people and speaking ill off,, it is a request that if at all you receive any such calls please give him left, right and centre.. I have already lodged a complaint with cyber crime cell at hazratganj kotwali. I have given all the names and numbers of all my relatives and friends, where so ever this guy has called. So that police can verify from them. I further investigated and found many such complaints on google from this no. I am also sharing one of the links. Please beware

                                  Kotak mahindra credit card false amount added to credit card in lieu credit given more than limit of card. Bill generated of 7% extra every month as charges, continuous calls with threatening of sending recovery personal to home and females executive talking harassing calls. I as respect taking female executive we can not answer back. They have only words"if you do not have aukat of giving heavy fines then why you use our cards". On every levy of card limit kotak imposes unvalid amount on emails and sms, which never reconciles total outstanding. 50k card limit and bank card shows 68k due amount...!!!
                                  Over it date for bill generation is 25th so kotak personals start calling from different numbers 20 times a day and states do it today or we will put bad remarks in cibil scores. Please let me know to whom write these all events to stop harassment and get correct outstanding amount.
