Couple of days ago I made a transaction and it was unsuccessful, but amount got deducted from account. I logged the complaint to the customer care and they are saying it will take seven days to return of your amount.
My concern is why a customer need to wait for such a long time to get his own money back without any reason.
In just one day they also closed the complaint without resolving it. I asked them to reopen the complaint or resolve the issue first, but they didn't.
Customer Care executives behaviour are pathetic, they disconnect the call while customer is talking and keep saying sorry, but actually they don't mean it. I asked them to log the complaint regarding that too, but I doubt they taken.
One of my complaint no is: 1-[protected] hope it's enough to fetch all the details. hoping to get a response by tomorrow itself, if these guys have any professional ethics. Was this information helpful? |
I am fine and could wait for as much long as it required, but I want 6% interest on my amount no matter how long you keep it in your pocket. It's money, which is not in my pocket nor in my account neither I can utilize it. So if you taken my money from my account to your pocket, without any reason, you have to pay me interest on that. Take 7 days another 7 days or 70 days, I am happy if i'll get the interest, or else i want my money back right now without any delay.
And please if anyone is going to call me after this, that should be someone responsible or sensible, please I don't want the call from a kid knows nothing and keep repeating the same thing again and again like a radio.
