Kotak Mahindra Bank — charges adhoc stamt

Dear sir/madam.
Your bank was charg me ₹.118 which i not required service.
But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.
And when i opened account bank said their is no charges of online or esttment.

So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account. As it can be clearly seen in the screenshot attached with this mail that i have charge. Kindly explan to me the reason for the leving of this charges and refund me the charges hence wrongfully debited to my account.

Faced the same situation. Charged 118 for nothing. I just recently opened this account and here it is
Mere sath v yahi hua hai 118 kat liya Gaya hai adhocstamt Ka pta nhi kya hai ye or Jo balance Bach hai o v closing me dikha rha hai
Mere bhi account se kaat liya hai ! Bank abhi tak clear kyon nahi kiya hai !

Mere is khate mein se 118 kat liya gaye hain Bina mujhe bataye kyon mujhe uska solution chahie aur mere paise mujhe wapas chahie main Bank jakar statement nikale per mujhe usne Nahin bataya gaya tha kripya mere paise mujhe wapas kiye jaen

my main branch in SARASWATHI puram mysorekotak mahindra bank, your bank was charged me ECS MANDAT 59.AND YOUR bank was charg me Adhocstamt 117 which I not required service .
but I haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking
