Kotak Mahindra Bank — Cheque book not issued & malfunctioning of customer care & service request | |||
Dear sir, My crn[protected] I applied for the cheque book on 7th december 2016 through customer care. Categorically i requested the executive to send it to kotak bank, paschim vihar, new delhi-63 & the executive assured me, while i enquired about it on 12 th, i was informed the cheque book despatched on my village address. Neither kotak bank nor its courier blue dart have reach to my village. Further i requested the customer care to redirect the courier to deliver it at kotak bank at paschim vihar, the customer care executive took the request & after 4 days the blue dart said me they are returning it noida as there was no such request from kotak. Again i requested a cheque book on 17th december (Service request no:1-[protected]) & requested it again & again to despatch it at kotak bank at pascim vihar new delhi-63, but again today the customer care says me, when enquired, its despatched on my village address where the courier has no reach. What to do sir? I need the cheque book on urgent. I have called the customer care more than 30 times since 7th december. I am wounded thoroughly by kotack bank & its customer care.
