Kotak Mahindra Bank — cheque debited from my account want to know the presenting bank & payees account number | |||
Current account no. [protected] of sejal marketing services Chq no.000007 for rs.90000/- debited from this account on 18.07.2014 But the payee claims that the same has not been credited to him. I want to know where the funds have gone? I had raised the complaint with kotak bank (Interaction id 386806) But got just the reply that presenting banks stamp is there but cant provide account number. But as the presenting banks stamp is there, kotak bank shall give me the name of presenting bank instead of just saying that name stamp is there on the chq. Was this information helpful? | |||
