Hi my name is wasim, i had an account with bajaj finance which was taken over by kotak bank, i have paid the loan amount as discussed and agreed with kotak bank in may 2018, today 19th july, 2019 i get a call from collection agency saying i have to pay the loan as they got some data that proves that i have not paid it, when tried to explain the agent he hung up on my face, please take strict action against the following person.
