I have been opened a bank account in kotak mahindra bank by my office management. But its an salary account. I have filled it on july first week. Today the date is 17/07/2019 still my account is not been activated. Because of this issue i cant able to get my salary & incentive & conveyance from my company. My a/c num : [protected]. Kindly check it out & feed back to my mob num: [protected]. From chennai.

My balance 265.18 has been deducted without any intimation towards KSEC.This is really disappointing.Return my amount or I have to close the account.I cannot risk my money like that.

    Wanted to raise a complaint against your credit card collection call center. I have been receiving multiple calls from a number[protected]. She claims to be kotak employee and sits in noida 125 branch. Please be advised that i am not and have never been a customer of kotak mahindra bank..
    She is calling me with respect to credit card of a family member. Please note that i do not have links with him since last 5 years and neither i am his authorised person. Which she claims that i am.. She has been mentally harassing me by calling me continuosly. Not only troubling me but she is calling random people in my office and discussing about the credit card details. I have been polite with her and forwarded the messages to thru some known sources. Since i am nowhere involved in this matter still i am getting humiliated and mentally tortured as she is calling me and my office staff continuously. This has caused an reputational loss for me. She is also pressurizing me that if the payment is not done i will have to make the payment. I fail to understand if this is bank policy to ask someone else to make the payment on someone else's behalf. She is forcing me to say on recorded line that i will make payment. Also i have requested her not to call during my office hours however still she calls me during those times and this is literally troubling me now. I request you to please look into this matter and assist me. She literally torturing me now to make payment

    Request you to kindly unblock my account immediatly as tomorrow my emi date is there which is going to debited from my account .as per your collection team i have pain minimum balance of my card rs 290 on sat through NEFT and 300 today by cash . request you to do the needfull as i am fedup calling customer dervice department
    It happens two times
    first time i go for 800 rs the cash got debited from my account but atm does not dispensed
    second time i go for 400 same wise money got debited from my account but atm doesnot dispensed
    I request for atm card. kotak bank accept my request but i am not getting my atm card...

      I have given request from mobile app for more than 5 times but still not got a single statement via email.
      I want only current month statement,
      As well as i don't want any charge in my email statement

      Im very disappointed with this.

        I m kotak mahindra bank account holder, for some personal work, i needed my saving account statement so i request for account statement from my mobile app of kotak, they said it will be send by email in 24 hr but no email statement nothing.

        again i called there stupid call care, i follows their ivr then same happend they said within 24 hr i will get my bank account statement via email.

        so kindly send me my 3months account statement.

        and i don't want any extra debits stupid hiddin charges in my account. i want my statement only one time ..

          I had credit card payment due for only one month and from 5 days before this bank tele callers started torcher asking the payment confirmation if one call is answered there was minimum of 15 call asking for the same, even after the payment of the bill same torcher started asking to make payment again one call is answered again 15 calls asking for the same due to this i am facing mental torcher.

            Loan is disbursement without my confirmation and fund is not completely credited in my account.

            After my loan approval i got mail from kotak email ankur. [protected]@kotak.com for confirmation of loan terms and disbursement, where i have reverted them to not disburs amount but suddenly i got message on 30th june (Sunday) that loan is disbursed and monday morning 156000 got credited in my account and receive message for check for remaning amount as this was bailnce transfer.

            I have immediately reverted on that mail to not cancel my loan and asked why this happens. There is not any response even i have added compliant on kotak website but not any response.

            On 6th july they have submitted 1539000 to hdfc loan for fore closer and that loan is closed but still i have not received any response from kotak and remining amount is not created in my account.

            Expecting resolution for this fraud.

              I have linked my aadhar number to my kotak bank on 5 july 2019 .Still on uidai website it shows your aadhar number is not linkedin to bank account.I visited the bank and asked then to update details on npci portal as well so that I can receive my dbt payment.bank said they updated details on npci portal . Please help.I really need to get linked my bank account to npci portal .Please help me please .At starting there was my account in axis Bank which did not help me .They didn't do anything so I opened a new bank account in kotak bank .
              Even after linking aadhar number to bank account in kotak bank still on uidai site they show your aadhar number is not linked to bank account.
              What should I do?
              Kindly help
              This is really necessary for me as I want to receive my scholarship amount.

                I get a call from this lady no. +91-[protected] and she starts explaining the benefits of credit card
                I ask her to email or msg me more details
                And the same night, i get a message that statement for the credit card is generated and i i must pay by 23 july 2019,
                And this has happened before two
                I didn't complain cause i was being charged 300-400inr per year
                And it ran for 2-3 years
                But i know for sure that kotak is running a scam
                They dont have a support team, their stupid ai (Kya) is useless, the helpline no[protected] is again ai and is useless, tried calling 4 times and it can't even listen to the crn
                I have the lady's complete call recorded and is proof that i only inquired about the benefits and made no promises on wanting a card

                I need someone from kotak to apologise and make sure they prevent this scam, if they dont know anything about it

                I called ‎[protected], and said credit card fraud, and im now redirected to talk to a person, he says there is no credit card issued in my name
                this is very skeptical. I also now have this call on recording.
                I hope some senior management from kotak reads this and gets to the root of these concerns...

                  Myself Abhilash R and started using Kotak 3 years before. This year beginning, I have lost my job and had to relocate to Kochi. Post this incident I have not used the salary account and multiple times I have updated this in customer care. Meanwhile I have an existing loan with Kotak, running loan with capital first and credit in card. due to some financial issue I couldn’t' pay the credit card payment and proactively called customer care for a settled and got approval for 7500 x 4 months which dated 7th of month and 1st month EMI paid.

                  For loan also, somehow, I’m managing and paying on each month. Kotak Bank is not allowing an individual to get out of the financial services period and making it worse day by day by charging extra.

                  Issue:

                  On 6th July i have borrowed some money from my friend to my Paytm Bank account for my medical expense as I have diagnosed a bump on my forehead for surgical removal. “Snap attached” By mistake I have transferred the amount to kotak Salary account instead of Axis so that I can swipe in hospital, immediately my complete amount “12000” got blocked in my account by credit card & banking account. And I called support -credit card and requested to unblock the amount on 6th eve after having a conversation of more than an hour. Then after checking my balance the available was 4100 change. For clarifications again, I called support – banking department and they have informed everything are bounced charges and at present authorised officials are not available to release the amount and that executive tried maximum to release the amount due to my emergency and situation and raised a ticket for Monday. On Monday he has called me and informed nothing can be done and please visit the branch.

                  Today 9th I have visited the branch and checked the details as all the charges are related to ECS return and still more than 5000 is pending other than the 8000 with the bank. After collecting the details from bank,

                  Multiple times I have contacted CC and informed, at present I’m out of station and I’m not using this account anymore as I’m unemployed. “You can check the call recordings”

                  Multiple times I have contacted CC and informed to cancel the daily SMS balance alert from years which is not stopped and I’m being charged regularly.

                  After getting to know that I’m being charged for ECS return from capital first which I was paying offline through their app, your cc executive guided me to give request for ECS cancellation and he have raised request for the same. Further details not communicated at that time and informed me issue will be resolved. Today when I checked at Bank, my communication is recorded but I’m being charged for ECS, SMS.

                  Now I’m struggling for my medical expense and to repay my friend. What Kotak is doing is making me to stand on suicide corner and making my finical state worse by worse.

                  Now I don’t have any option in front of me. When I missed the payment of Kotak loan, again I have been charged for bounce which I received a mail. And couldn’t make my credit card payment on time.

                    Very bad customer service on 4th i gave call to customer services that i want to settlement the amount they said we have put the request you will get the call but still no body calls me. Then i got the call from collection team to pay 280 as a minimum amount and your account will get unlock. I made the payment 300 rs but still they kept my account balance on hold. Today i call customer service he told me that you have to make 5200 payment. I think they themselves dont know. Due to this my emi has got bounced. Such a bad service. Also on mobile app the minimum amount due was 280. And now the are saying 5250.

                      Hi, i used kotak credit card for purchases and got it converted to emis. 4-5 days before payment due date i logged in my account but there were no cards in my account i called customer care they told me your card has been blocked due to some review i asked them for reason but they haven't given any reason. At that time my saving account had more than 3 times of funds of total outstanding amount and there were no delays in any payments which were due. Now they are saying your card is blocked and you need to pay total outstanding immediately. It all started when i received another kotak credit card last week around 3-4 july 2019. When i tried to generate pin a message appears that "expiry date is wrong" and i was using expiry date which was printed on card. I think there is something wrong going in their card section. So i request unblocking my cards asap and make it regular. My crn 4*705. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com for connecting with me.

                          My credit card [protected] due date of repayment is 16 july 2019 even did not received the mail and card statement. But today i received two telephone calls from your bank and threatening me to deposit the 33000/- on or before 16 july. They told me to deposit the amount and everyday you will received the fifty calls and they used unparliamentry language, i have the recording, the telephone numbers are as - [protected], [protected] at 5.11 pm, 5.18 pm.
                          I am always deposing on time, even my last date is very far. Sir take the action on my complaint and action taken should be report to me.
                          I am harassed by the telecallers, what kind of the banking is this instead of sending the account statement they are calling me and threttening me.
                          I am harassed by the bank employee.

                            my credit card no [protected] my crn no[protected] ac no [protected] sir main kotak mahindra bank ka credit card use karata hu meri salary a/c bhi vahi bank main hai mera payment kabhi kabhi lete aa jata hai to salary aati hai to bank wale turant meri salary hold karwa dete hai mera aaur koi income nahi hai khali salary hai aur puri ki puri salary bloak ki jati hai aur bank se kaha jata hai ki aap payment karawa do tabhi aap ka hoid hat jayega abhi salari puri hold pe hai to ham kaise inaka payment kare aur hisab ke bahare mera payment ho chuka hai fhir bhi hold lagwaya hai

                                On november 8th 2018 rs 1726 was paid to flipkart and due to some error the transaction failed and flipkart refunded the amount on 13th november but still its been more than 6 months passed the amount is not yet reflected in my kotak account. The customer care is one of the worst one which tells it is working but it does not do anything to refund my money.

                                  Due to financial crisis, i have raise a settlement from my side from april 2019. I want to know the status of the settlement status.

                                  How to paid 1st due payment after getting settlement letter or after paid 1st initial payment?

                                  Suggestion from bank side first pay the initial payment and get letter.
                                  Is this right procedure?. I think its false promise from bank side.

                                  Why was delay to proceed to my settlement process?

Without getting approval how to say we have a approved. Now you pay. Within 3 days u will get letter. Are u cheating, all customers like this.

                                    I have received a call from mr. Sanjay gupta ([protected]) claiming to be advocate and threatening us to pay inr 33, 000 against barclays credit card due 10 years ago. However, we had already done the settlement for the same 10 years ago. He has threatened us to file a suit in patiala court and have to pay bail of 1 lakh.. When we approached kotak bank, the manager informed us to ignore the threat as we have settled the account. We haven't received any prior official communication about this.

                                    This call was against my father who is currently suffering renal kidney damage. We are already going through tough time.

                                    Request you to please look into this else i will approach the consumer forum for harassment case.

                                      Hello,

                                      I have a savings account and a credit card of kotak mahindra. I paid my kotak credit card bill on[protected] from my kotak savings account through their application. The amount has been deducted from my bank account and i did not get any confirmation messages regarding that. Today is[protected]. Till now the bill amount that i paid is not reflected in my credit card. But in the transaction history of the savings account application, i can see the transaction with the credit card. But i am unable to take the screenshot of transaction from the application due to their security policy.

                                      I called the customer support service and they are making fun at me by transfering the call from one to another. Savings account team says that i need to raise a complaint with credit card team and credit card team says that i need to raise a complaint with savings account team. Now i have no idea about the money that i paid. The due date of my credit card bill is on[protected]. They says that they will charge me interest rates if the bill amount has not been credited on due date. I paid the bill amount on[protected] that is 6 days early. I reallt felt the customer support like a scam. I need this issue to be resolved soon and the amount that i paid towards the credit card should be reflect before the due date. I have sent several email to your authorised departments but there is no reply from their side. Here is the details regarding my bank account. Thank you.

                                        Before applying credit card they said card is life time free without any joining fee and annual fee, and any fee waiver conditions, i confirmed with them many times, they said they will apply a voucher so that credit card become life time free. But after receiving card they saying there is no life time free, i need to pay annual charges and fee waiver conditions are applicable. They are misleading customers to take credit cards. After that cheating customers. This is really fraud.
