Kotak Mahindra Bank — consumer loan | |||
I was approved with a consumer loan and the first emi was on 5th Jan 2019. I received several emails stating nchs not registered pay through online but they presented a cheque in my account several times from Jan 5th till Feb 1st and there are so many bounce and inward return charges applied to my account till yesterday. I am been mentally pressurized by the number of follow ups made when the procedure followed by the bank was completely wrong and not notified to the customer through proper channel. The complaints team manager mr.saravanan from kotak consumer loan department advices me to pay the first emi on 4th February and instructing me to allow an other cheque bounce tomorrow 5th Feb to improve my cibil score when the fault is completely from their side. I would like to bring this to the proper channel and get justice from RBI and national consumer complaints team Was this information helpful? | |||
