Hi My name is komal Kohli.
This is 3 rd time that Pay extra Amount To kotak bank to for my Credit card.
In your Payment department there is lot of fake consult who make fool to customer.

My credit card limit is 15000/- and i had payed more than 25000 to bank.but still i am not receive my Noc.

I called to customer care and they provide me to senior manger number but those person are also not responding on my mail, sms, call.

I never suggest to any one of my relative to use Kotak bank.

I am attaching My closing letter here.

Please update in your Record because of this my cibil score getting down Day by day.

Respected Sir/Madam

In reference to my Personal loan taken from ING VYSYA Loan NO. PL[protected] which is now under KOTAK Bank.

I have foreclosed my personal loan by paying my outstanding dues Nov 2015

But sorry to say till date even after numerous follow-ups I have still not received PL Loan closure letter

Hi channappa here i have told kotak customer care department to close my credit card account till now simply they are sending daily message for payment but i have not used even single time that card, so make it soon and i should not get any message to me regarding payment.

They are very irresponsible and instead of solving your problem they will burden you. I applied for a PL as it was very urgent for me hence i went for 16%(can understand my urgency). They followed up for docs and kept me on hold and anyways i managed to arrange and get out of my situation but after few days they call and say your LOAN is approved. And, ofcourse i dont want your money now but they said as it is approved we cant keep it on hold we will transfer this amount to your CC as a BT since I raised request for BT. But, the amount what I requested was more than that. Hence, they transferred amount to my CC and remaining amount i dint even receive. And, finally from next month they started following up for EMI for the entire amount wherein I was only paid partial amount.
Now, i went to nearby bank they said we dont handle PL so u need to goto MG road. I went to MG road they said you will have to check online(F'off then why the hell you guys are sitting here). I raised ticket online and i only followed with them and they guy who chased me for LOAN kept on showing attitude and dint even care.Hence, i cant explain more as I want to get rid of them ASAP and close my PL. I did close my CC and bank account there as i dont want to be attached to them. (Kona Kona Kotak will #### you from all konas/corners).

very poor response. i was trying to reach the call centre ([protected]) people to close my credit card but they never pick it up. Its pathetic that even in banks they say please call center only to close the credit card which is not having response. please mail with suggesion. my email Id is: ramesh1fru.[protected]@gmail.com, please team someone react
Hi, I have been always ended up paying excess amount to kotak credit card than I have used. From past 6 months I didnt used the card but this month they sent msg saying that I have to pay nearly 2k... strange. They dont respond to my emails. They call center is so stupid. They even dont care to enquire about their services to their customers. The only mistake i did was taking this ### card. I'm completely vexed up.. There was not even a single time where I'm satisfied their services. Such an ### hole card i have ever seen. Without our consent and approval they do whatever they like like if you opt for CPP for 1 YR and even if you say that " give me a call before renewal and after my approval only extension to be done" they simply say yes and they will never ever give you call. ###S sitting on the backend. They are not eligible to get any rating according to me.

I want this card to be cancelled for EVER and EVER

This is Shadakshara swamy B.S As per my useage my credit was Rs.5, 800.00 + Rs.100.00 charges which i am not aware, I had made payment for Rs. 5900.00/- by cash on 29.01.2018 at malleshwaram 18th cross branch bengaluru, but i have received message on dated 10.02.2018 saying my due on card is Rs.6015.90 min amt Rs.412.9 due, i don't know Rs.412.9 /- amount is charged for what?

I have received a letter from Kotak payment department for Rs. 13000/- for closer of my credit card account. I have paid the same in Oct 20 but as on today 12.01.2021 I have not received the NOC. request your good bank to kindly issue NOC on my credit card on top priority.

Now the your executive (bearing contact no. [protected] has stopped receiving my calls and showing very irresponsible behavior. she is not capable to carry her job any more.
