I am sarfrajmiya malek. My corporate salary a/c num is [protected]. Its simply i want to close my a/c as soon as possible. And now they show my balance negative. How my balance is negative??? I very dissatified with kotak mahendara bank. And i also want to close my demat a/c. So i requested to bank. Close my both a/c as soon as possible. Thank u so much

    Myself P.Vikas Yadav .I have sent an email to service.[protected]@kotak.com for a cheque book with my name printed on cheques on 1st Dec'16 till date i have not received any response and in auto generated email the TAT was 5 working and my request has already Breached the TAT..Very poor service.U can reach to me via email [protected]@gmail.com.Please look into this complaint on urgent bais or rlse provide me an escalation email id or contact detail to escalte this issue as this is ehat service you are giving to customers..I want a reply ASAP.

      Dear Sir

      I have Saving Bank Account No.[protected] with Kotak Mahindra Bank (Previously ING Vysya Bank) Since under Scheme Advantage Salary, where in No Minimum Balance is required to maintain. After take over by Kotak Mahindra Bank. Without intimation, without there being any reason. Bank has Debited Rs. 5, 247.59 on 12.04.2016. Even after written inquiry with Bank has not reversing the same. again now Bank is charging Rs. 1300 for non maintaince of Minimum Balance. Kindly Help

        Hi All,

        I was employee for wipro corporate and i was using that account as salary account.At time of opening account no one kotak
        bank emploee told about the maintaining 50000Rs per month after converting that account from salary to saving.
        I have proof for that, they just give some idea about benefits of kotak nothing else.
        Now from last 4 of 5 months my account is automatically converted into saving account after leaving from wipro.Due to improper communication from kotak employee at time of account opening, or even not informing through mail or message or any call about maintaining 50000, Bank made deduction of amount for month of september and october.
        Bank also not give any alert about deduction of this amount.These are not problem from customer side.This will impact relationship with wipro.
        I will give bad feedback in wipro.

        please do needfull for that.

            To Whom so ever it may concern,

            This is a very serious issue. Almost Rs.2500 has been deducted from my bank account in the name of balance maintenance ( TBMS ). This is a zero maintenance salary account when i had opened it with ING Vysya. Then Kotak takes over and after 6 months now being charged about 700-800 per month for non maintenance. In certain months i have an average balance maintenance of 15000 rs. Then do you expect to keep the entire money that i have in your bank as minimum balance? I am very furious.

            I want someone to get in touch with me to rectify this issue. And i want all the money that has be fraudulently deducted to be re credited to my account or else i am going to take legal actions.

              Dear sir,

              I have salary account in kotak mahindra bank, and i have got charged in the account unnecessarily, This is very too much.so many times i got the charged 25 rupees for many time and 140 rs, but their reasons are lie only. I did not do that work but i have charged by the bank, Last week i have 2040 rs, while i am trying to get the money, it's showing insufficient, while check the account, 5 times 29 rupees detected, even i did not use the debit card then how can reduce charge 5 time on the same day. This is very cheating. I will urge to my company change the account from bank or i will clear my account while i am getting credited in my account.Please do the need full...

                I have salaried account with kotak bank I transferred all my money nd took a loan for my purchase of my bike but your go cashless never worked with me .. I had swiped my debit [protected]@merchant place the amount got debited from my account and unfortunately the merchant hasn't received amount by end of the day merchant sent me report of reversal from his end ... Here comes the twist in story to claim my money kotak bank has told me to wait for 31days ... It's my money to get it back why I should wait for 31days. They are saying different story and only a phone banker Lakshmi helped me nd told me truth ...other phone banker said false information ... So pls answer me why I should for reversal of my money to my account for such a long time and the amount is also a huge amount 78, 715/ ... I'm a middle family guy and it's a huge huge amount for me ... Let's see what bank has to say on this

                  I had received the email from Kotak Mahindra that your card is approved and will be delivered soon 20 days back but still there is no update about the card shipment.

                  I need to know when it will be delivered. I had tried Mahindra kotak card helpline number but could not get any response.

                    TBMS charges are applied in my account without prior information, even after changing account type and talking to branch manager, I was still charged. The branch manager assured me in July when I changed my account type, that I will not be charged any further and In oct again I was charged 969 and 969 Rs twice for month of july and august. Such a big fraud from Kotak mahindra bank. Kotak is deducting Rs969 from my bank account every month in name of low balance. At the time of opening they informed that its a salary account hence zero balance. Now they say you have to maintain a minimum balance of 50, 000 every month. In last 6 months (from feb to Aug) 10000 Rs has being deducted from my account in name of low balance charges. The most surprising thing is that I was never informed about this low balance. No email, no phone call no text message. Such a great customer service. Not just this, I changed my account from salary account to current account in July, still am being charged every month. After spending hours of discussion with customer care am still charged. Kotak bank is a fraud, is doing clear unjustice with the customers. We the customers are depositing our hard earned money in banks to keep it safe and bank itself is eating away our money. There should be strict laws against private banks in India. Banks like kotak are forcing customers to keep their white money not in banks but at home at our own risk. Hats off to banks like Kotak in India, poor Indian laws and poor common man of india.

                    I never heard any Bank in India for salary accounts, Annual Debit card fee is 862.50

                    They never informed about these things.

                    Who will be response for this, For Credit payment purpose i kept this money in the account, With out prior You people deducted 10, 000. Please revert back to my account.

                    Please provide the justification and take the appropriate action on this.

                      Hi,
                      I am fedup with the services of Kotak Mahindra Bank. I

                      have an account in Kotak Mahindra Bank from last 8-9

                      years. I have applied to re-issue by debit card on 25th

                      November 2016 and for Cheque Book on 30th November but

                      till date i did not receive it.

                      As my debit card got damaged and i have applied for it

                      and i have been given assurance by the bank staff that

                      i will get the delievery alongwith PIN within a week,

                      however neither i received my card nor able to contact

                      with the staff as helpline number is not working and

                      staff number is temporarily suspended.

                      I am a private employee, due to this demonetization i

                      have already taken my leaves to withdraw and deposit

                      cash and hardly left any leave with me to visit the

                      bank again.

                      Moreover, there is one branch in Manimajra, Chandigarh

                      who even did not allow to withdraw money using

                      withdrawl slip.

                      Mail have also been marked to them and got reply that

                      they will repond within 5 to 7 working days.
                      I have to make the admissions of children and i don't

                      have any medium available with me to pay the amount.

                      Moreover, i am not able to use my payTM account now.

                      Request you to kindly look into the matter.

                        This is informing you that in my account charging like TBMS and i've attached screenshot with this email.. I noticed my account balance was in negative... Bank is deducted up to ~1400 rupees from my account, my colleague also charged like this and really got frustrated on this...

                        I have kotak salary account open by my company. But kotak bank deducted 2400 Rs in the tbms.
                        So please reverse my 2400rs.

                          Hi.
                          kotak bank keep charging deducting amount from my account in the name of low maintenance charges. in the starting your person didn't informed me that i was going to be charged if i don't maintain balance. we earn money by doing hard work and keep in bank so that we can save but if bank only keep on deducting amount from my account. and thing is if we are not working from were we will bring money to maintain balance. jut on 1st my salary got deposited and bank deducted all amount. such a fraud bank. even now we cant trust bank with our money. please return my money bank that money was earned by me after working very hard for 10 hours a day.
                          These complain is against kotak bank.

                            Hi, i am anish kumar my a/c no - [protected] from last 6 days i am waiting for the response of kotak mahindra bank but till now i will not get any response from kotak mahindra bank. On 02 dec 2016 bank deducted rs1380 from my salary account without any notification. I am out of town and i have no money in my bank account and pocket. I belong to middle class family and this amount is big for me which you deducted from my account in few seconds. I am facing many problems. Customer care service is very poooooor i will not get any response from them. I try to contact my lajpat nagar branch[protected]
                            But they not pick my call from last 6 days and i also try to contact with all india kotak mahindra bank customer care department[protected] the number is always busy from last 6days. Overall i will get 0℅ response from the customer care department of kotak mahindra bank. Yesterday they provide me a useless email id - salaryhelpdesk. [protected]@kotak.com of their complaint care service and tell me to send your complaint by mail for response. I emailed them but till know i will not get any response from the customer care department. This bank have irritating and use less customer service. I think bank forget the customer care mean. Customers make the bank not bank make the customers. So please not make fool of common peoples.
                            And refund my amount as soon as possible.

                            I am ANISH KUMAR my A/c no is [protected] and mobile no is [protected] from last 10days this my 5th complaint . On 02nd dec 2016 KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK deducted Rs1380 from my account without giving me any notification before deducting the amount. I face many problems due to this unexpected deduction from my account . From last 10days i try to contact with my KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK branch of lajpat nagar, new delhi[protected]
                            But they not pick my call from last 10 days and i also try to contact with ALL INDIA KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT[protected] the number is always busy from last 10days.
                            I am out station and i need of money facing many problems please refund my money.

                              This is informing you that in my DMAT Account is not closing after putting request for closing it. I have visited two time Kotak branch - Vasnt kunj, New Delhi. DMAT charge is also deducting from my account.

                              I m very unhappy in this bank other wise we have to rise consumer court for this issues.

                                  Hi sir/madam,
                                  I have transferred 2000 rupees from icici bank to kotak mahindra bank (Crn[protected].
                                  & have only balance of 144 rupees.
                                  Your people only has come to our company in bangalore & requested to open the account. Now i will talk to my hr & management & shall not get allowed your bank representatives to visit my company.

                                  I have never saw such bank who deduct its own customer money at the name of some service charge.
                                  At the time of opening amount bank representative & told that i can maintained any lowest amount in the account.

                                  See pl. Return my money bank, i was thinking of making kotak mahindra bank account as a salary account. Now forget about it & i shall close this account if they dont return my money back. I shall raise this complain to higher authority as well.

                                  Pl. Send my money back to my account. It looks like bank is a big fraud.

                                      Regarding job I called a person named Jaya Roy on April 24th she said we should pay registration amount icici bank karolbag so I did and then next day I got call from a person abhishek he asked me to pay 7500 and then again for documentation 13700 . I did this because they assured me it will be refunded back to me then another person called me Sandeep Sharma he was from Kotak mahindra bank and the same way he also retook money from me to various accounts almost 230000/- pls help me I did it because I received all mails from [protected]@kotak mail I'd now all there phones are switch off I don't know Wat to do pls help me
