[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Credit Card Collection Team - Harassment

This is to report that I was subjected to harassment by employees/agents from Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card Team.
I am due by exactly 10 days at the time of writing this complaint.
I have received more than 60 calls in a span of 30 minutes by different agents each time in spite of me informing that I will be making payment today. Is this how this bank works ? 60 calls ?
I had to repeat the same for the first 6-7 calls but is it humanly possible to maintain calm for all 60 calls ?
In spite of all this, every agent is basically harassing me over call asking to make the payment immediately or they will come home and make me pay. Is this how Kotak Mahindra Bank works ? One agent went far enough to make death threats. I have had enough of this harassment.
Will someone help ?

This is a screenshot of a whatsapp message I received from a bank agent when I told him that I'll be filing an FIR against the bank for the harassment.
Clearly, he's enabled by the bank to fearlessly talk this way.
Shameful to call this organisation a "Bank"
