I have done recharge from your Bharat pay account on 24 but the payment is successful and the recharge is on an unsuccessful please refund my money to my bank account otherwise I will go with the RBI guidelines

On 17th December 2021, I had contacted customer care for the cancellation of my credit card and subsequent release of my FD associated with it. Had made all the credit card payments before requesting for cancellation. The customer care representative assured us that the request will be submitted the same day and that the FD will be released within 4 working days. However, on 20th December, the statement shows INR 334 outstanding to be paid....

Kotak personal loan Team is not giving me my Demand draft as I have applied for loan from them. I have been waiting for last 4 Business days and every day team tell me sir for 1 more day and Its been 20 days I am waiting for loan process to get cleared. If my relative who lives in mumbai is unable to pay the dues and not answer her call what can i do for that, why she starts calling me and talks in very abusive language.
When I politely told him that im not in contact with them and do not harass me for his dues, then she went ahead and called up my family members and further calling up daily..i dont even...

As per the letter given by the kotak bank I had paid the settelment amount but due to some reasons i had paid lately and while paying the collection agent told that it is fine and will not give a cal but after two months a person is calling and tell me to pay 1500 as ratification amount to close the account.

My father had transfer of Rs 20000.00 from his HSBC UAE account to my Kotak Mahindra bank account no.[protected] on dated[protected], but amount not yet credited to my account. for this i have given the SWIFT copy to my branch manager as a international fund transfer proof. but even though payment not credited. Kindly look into this and do the needful to release my funds urgently....
