Hi,
I have taken a consumer durable loan bearing no CFB5491546 against a new mobile phone.
I made every payment of EMI within due date.
While purchasing the phone the marketing personnel told me that " you have to pay the EMI directly to the bank because your mandate form is unable to get updated".
I am not defaulter. I made every payment directly to the bank.
One fine morning the marketing personnel told me that the mandate form which was duly signed by you has been updated and henceforth the EMI will be deducted from your bank account.
But, unfortunately, only one EMI couldn't be able to be deducted due to insufficient fund of my account.
But, I made the payment directly to the bank within due date.
Now, I am receiving phone calls and smss' frequently to pay the penal charge of rs. 975/-.
After long time the marketing personnel told me that she is unable to
Wave the penal charge.
Therefore, I am requesting you to kindly wave this penalty charge and please help me out of this problem.
