I have never taken any loan from kotak bank but while i am checking my cibil report its showing Rs 10940 due. also i am not aware of this loan and i have never ever made any payment as well.

I had wrongly paid Rs. 140000/- instead of Rs.14000/- for my credit card No. [protected] on 02/12/2018 Now I want my excess money paid to be refunded to me
When the time of opening the a/c. They informed me that there are no charge taken on zero balance a/c. But every month there are charging me for under TBMS charges for what is this charges. At the time of opening they said only one time charge will be taken for Debit card & for cheque book.
From last 4 years we have submitted our request for netbanking repeatedly in my partnership firm in chandigarh but none of your branch is able to do the needful.
We get sms that online password is sent but neither we nor branch has got it.
We are following with our branch (Manimajra)but they are also not able to resolve the issue.
