Hi kotak team. My credit card application reference number is[protected]. My name is karthik, your team has called me for verification and visited my home and my office at d-vois communications pvt ltd and confirmed iam available at these places, also they called me and asked my card delivery address after verification, but suddenly my application status as become not approved. Please let me know for what reason it has been not approved. If it is by mistake please correct it because as i know my credit score is also above 700. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have minimum balance in my account but they have charged without any information naming tbms charges. It's a zero balance account. . How can u charge
