Hi,

I got a settlement letter from Kotak mahindra Bank of Rs. 13506.25 after 10 days when i already paid my 1st installment and later on paid 2 more installments of Rs 5000 each. Total i paid 15000/- as per their executive (Shubham Sharma) wordic.

I also submitted the all details (settlement letter along with payment details which i maid).

Now the bank agents are still calling to me and my family and abusing us and threatening us to pay more.

It's my humble request to help.
