sir
i am r.Krishnaraj from chennai, want to complaint against kotak mahindra credit card sales team, they were called to me to buy credit card. I initially declined the offer and informed them to update my phone number as 'customer declined this offer' - which was done a long time ago (more than 2 years).

But they called month on month to buy the same. This cause i frustrated with them. I informed them, i will file a complaint against you. Then they arrogantly said me, ” if you go with your opinion then do it, ”

i would like to register this complaint against them as this has caused me emotional distress. In future i want them not to bother me.

And i conclude by saying that if this continues i will file a defamation case against them

    I have a loan from Fullerton and their goons are calling non stop and abusing and saying that they are calling on behalf of Kotak Mahindra Bank...They are calling back to back (approx 200 calls in a day) and harrassing people who have nothing to do with this loan...I want bank to intervene and stop this immediately...Your goons are unnecessarily calling my office and abusing...Do something about it...there is this girl Jyoti [protected]...she is a leech...she is very abusive and calls non stop...i have attached call logs...most of these are of same day... please stop these calls immediately...

        I had a loan with kotak which was cleared SPLN[protected], however i am still receiving collection calls. they are abusing, and harassing to extent that i think to suicide. it has been happing for a month now, though i have a email from kotak that my loan is terminated and loan statement that zero balance is payable. I have also logged an complaint in the police, however i am not sure if i would get the desired output. i would need a apologies letter on kotak letter head and termination of the agent who is not following the RBI guidelines.

          Hi,

          On August 8th I made a payment of Rs.12054.91/- to Amazon using Kotak Mahindra Bank Net Banking. Merchant never received the payment and I submitted the Lender's Statement as a Proof in my Home Branch.

          Requesting you to help me in this situation as both the Kotak Mahindra Bank and Amazon are not willing to Refund the amount. Thank you!!

                Kotak Mahindra provides PVR Credit Card which provides 2 free tickets each month. This can be availed in PVR App by using M Coupons

                Last 3 times, when I have used the M Coupons for booking, the transaction gets cancelled, money gets deducted and tickets are not booked.

                Money is returned after 7 days

                  I had purchased an iPhone 13 on 31st January 2022 during the ₹6000 cash back period and did not receive any cash back for 7 months.

                  Contacted kotak Mahindra bank customer care for a week almost everyday and no one provided any resolution.
                  No reply on mails and no callbacks or solutions even after the bank assuring the same.

                        Home Loan

                        I have been charged 2500 as processing fee for my home loan which is clearly mentioned in the sanctioned letter. This is processed through my money karma consultant. MMK has given the cash back offer for my home loan. However MMK now come back stating they won't do cashback since Kotak has given less processing fee. Please help....

                        Kotak Mahindra bank has been trying to reach a person named Tulsi Narayanan who has apparently changed his number 15 years ago and I have been the user of this number after he has changed his number and I understand he was from a different state from the banks calls. The bank doesn't understand they are reaching the wrong user for 15 years and are shameless in torturing a woman who doesn't know who the hell he is and what he has to do with this bank. They keep the number in their database and make different people to torture me. I can never understand how bad their work and service is with this experience. The person who called me right now is +91 [protected] among many others.

                          Hi Kotak Mahindra Bank on 2nd September 590 Rs ECS charges were deducted from my bank account. I had paid my installment manually on 1st August to Amazon Pay later. Installment was for 2 things one for was a product emi and the second one was mobile recharge on Amazon. I had already paid both EMI manually before the due date, it is really not my fault there was some error in the bank system. Why do I have to pay 590 for bank's mistake. Please refund the amount ASAP. Thanks.

                            Purchased iPhone 13 on March 20 2022 using my Kotak Bank Debit Card. There was an offer NoEMIOnlyCashbck that when used Kotak bank debit card i will be receiving cashback of 6000 within 120 days of the transaction. Its been more than 120 days and cashback is not received yet. Called kotak bank the customer support was rude and asked me to contact merchant.

                            I contacted merchant who is pi international and they told me that cashback is banks responsibility. I am attaching my receipt of payment and in that it is clearly mentioned

                            "You are entitled for a cashback of Rs. 6000 on card. It will be posted in Customer account n 120 days from the last date of the action month on a best effort basis to all and active card members accounts only"

                                My name is Heeraj Lohagun and I have a credit card from Kotak Bank, Due to the ongoing pandemic I faced serious financial problems and lost a lot of money. I always used to pay my credit card bills on time but due to severe financial problems i am not able to pay my credit card bills for the past few months. I have already sent a legal notice to the bank and the RBI stating my inefficiency to pay my credit card bills at the present moment. I have also informed the bank that i want to pay it legally and I need time. Bank is not listening and keeps calling me everyday and sending recovery agents to my house and office and informing my colleagues about me and how i defaulted thus humiliating me in their eyes. I had already informed Kotak Bank that i will pay but need time and i am willing to take this up legally and take this to court but instead they are harassing me by sending recovery agents to my office and house. please request you to do something regarding this as RBI have strictly mentioned that recovery agents cannot harass customers and cannot humiliate them.

                                    Unwanted and unnecessary calls from Kotak Mahindra Bank

                                    After complaining to kotak bank branch at kandivali West dhanukarwadi branch 2-3 times, that I don't wish to receive any calls regarding credit card and loan from the same bank, they called me so many times even on holidays and while I was visiting Hospital due to some reason. I reported the same to the bank branch stating me that now I won't receive any calls further. Still I get calls and it's a harrasment to me. Very horrendous service...
