Kotak Mahindra Bank — Cw fee TBMS charge | |||||
Im having a kotak mahindra bank jifi account its a zero balance account. Past 4 months more than 1500rs debiting from my account. Dont knw why these things happening. If i call to customer service centre, there will be no proper response. 28.75 rs will start debited continuously around 30 to 40 times. Please take a necessary action. Please close the my Kotak Bank account i request u 'every month Kotak will cut my amount from my account I 'll cal & ask ur bank he 'll say u have non maintain i was maintain my account from last 3 months then Kotak Bank was cut the amount please i request u as soon as possible u close the account my account no is [protected]

First time in my life I felt one of the worst customer care service. Here I tried to contact the customer to get my problem solved but its only computer updates and not getting connect to the customer. Really one of the very worst, worst and worst customer service. my phone number [protected]
