[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — Day light Robbery from A/c

Dear Sir/Madam,

I've Ac With Ing vysy since last 4.5years now taken kotak bank, , I'm very happy till ing administrate whn kotak had acquired starting to get trouble...

They're started to Irregular charges even failed transactions also.

now one month back almost Rs.3300 charged my ac without any intimation..!

I contacted many times to customer care num:[protected]Charges apply) But not get connected even i'm waiting more than 10 minutes also...

and I Posted in FB for this issue.. they responded & told to visit nearest branch I m visited Manager is not available.. Then again informed in FB chat & forced to take complaint..

They agreed & Registered compliant on 17/12/16 Service Request Number
: SR#1-[protected] & Taken some days time to resolve..

after 4 days I got mail "Request closed successfully even not solved issue & not taking any confirmation from me...

again i fighting with kotak bank in FB for same issue...

again 3 days back taken request Service Request Number
: SR#1-[protected]& again closed yesterday even not solved & not take any confirmation with me..

They're playing with customers & doing drama in taking complaint & closing with own wishes..

I've more suffered with this issue... I don't what can i don now.. Plzz Help me..!!
