I am using kotak urban card. I have spend more than 1 lakh in a year and gotten 10, 000 reward points. I have requested for cash against rewards through online. They are not giving my cash and not showing any redeem history in online portal. Even I have history for getting rewards points. I have requested to customer care many time via phone and sent mail through my personal email address.

    October 2015 I applied for a personal loan (SPLN[protected] at Kotak Mahindra bank, till date they haven't set up the ECS inspite of submitted the form and 3 cheques 4 times to them. And then they charge late fees and all the other penalties. I finally managed to get the balance transfer sanctioned /at ICICI bank after convincing them that the delay was not from my end, and now its been 15 days I haven't got the foreclosure letter from them and I am paying interest at both banks. Plus they want to charge 5% foreclosure charges.

      Sir, I hold savings account S.B. A/c No :[protected] with ING Vysya Bank Khammam Br. Telangana state..At the time of opening a SB A/c. the proofs that I subitted was Voter Id.in which my name has been entered as Shreenivas R kondapalli in english where as the name in telugu version is correctly spelled as Srinivasa Rao.Kondapally.

      I have approached the bank with necessary evidences to get my name as per the proofs.I have no idea how my name was entered in the application form by the bank officials.Now they tell me one thing that has been taken as per the proof submitted.

      It sounds illogical how do they deny my declaration and other proofs that I offer to submit for verification.
      Kindly provide me necessary details to get it done at the earliest.

        I was enrolled in Kotak PO for PGDBRM course in 2013 for that Kotak offered a loan of Rs. 3, 50, 000 which I have taken considering it to be education loan. However, they converted the education loan taken for that course into a personal loan amount. Due to this interest rate was increased compared to education loan. The scheme was that EMI's will be deducted from my salary after joining the bank and course completion in 2014. Every month Rs. 9350 was deducted from my salary account in Kotak Mahindra Bank. Trouble started when I had constantly asked Bank Managers to change my sales profile and transfer my branch. I could not continue sales profile and daily commuting of 1 hr due to health issue. But they didn't pay heed to my concerned. They made me report to HR department in Jun, 2015 after many mails. I went to HR department at Connaught Place, Delhi Office for continuously one month. However, HR was also not supportive towards my concerns. I stopped reporting to HR from August 2015 due to bad health. They terminated my service in September, 2015. As my salary stopped coming, I faced financial crisis to pay the EMI's. I payed EMI properly till Dec 2015 but after that I couldn't pay the EMI's timely due to financial crunch. Meanwhile, I had asked Kotak for the foreclosure of the Loan account by doing some settlement. They never provided the settlement amount and kept on charging interest, late payment charges etc. I somehow managed to pay EMI' s till August, 2016 and after that I stopped paying them. I have sent many mails for the settlement of this loan asking them to waive off interest and allow only principal due. They never provided that and every time assigned a new loan officer for my account. In November, 2016 I received a court notice from Kotak to show myself at District Judge in Chennai. This was after I was constantly in touch with loan officer for the settlement. Loan officer asked me to pay 3 month EMI together and he will provided the final amount after that. But again the loan officer was changed and I have to explain the whole situation to the new person. Meanwhile they also encashed the security deposit cheque provided during Loan disbursement and debited 3 months EMI from it also in November, 2016. So altogether I had payed 6 months EMI together. They never stopped charging interest charges, late payement fees etc during this time. So, the total charges accumulated to be around Rs. 11400 /- I have asked new loan officer to provide the settlement amount due to my financial situation. He could just waive off the above charges as the final settlement. Kotak loan dept is the worst department among all the department. At one time I am in constantly touch with loan officer for settlement, the other time I am getting court notice to show myself in Chennai. I am very stressed due to all these. First of all I dont have any income and secondly Kotak is handling the settlement in very unprofessional way. I dont know what can be done here?

          Made a complaint before 10 days but still no reply from ur end.i paid Rd.5000/- for creating zero balance account but neither my account created nor the money refunded back .no response no updates. Not knowing where to contact.i applied zero balance account for A.S rao nagar branch secunderabad.
          Kindly refund my money.and please take as a serious issue

              I have sent many emails to kotak Mahindra Bank regarding fraudulent transaction which is happening in my account by Kotak Bank, I have not received satisfactory resolution after several follow ups.

              Pathetic banking services, they charge for unknown reason from your account.

              After writing several email, they even didn't tried to resolve.

              They are actually earning by making such irrelevant charges on regular basis. Without reason.

                Kindly be informed that above mentioned loans were close and dues were credited to your bank early december 2016. However i did not receive the property papers when i visited your loan department in pune. I was told that they had received only part of the property documents from their head office. Earlier even your staff has made me take extra rounds of your office for foreclosure letter etc. It is hard to believe the a bank like yours which portrays itself as reputed private sector bank would indulge in the harassment of its customers.in this digital age your bank always says things will be done in seven or ten working days. There is surely something rotten in your system, the top management is slack and should be reprimanded. Customers are to be treated with respect and you should value their time too. Lame excuses such as delays due to demobilization etc are just excuse for incompetence and negligence. If you do not give my property papers at the earliest i shall seek consumer courts assistance to set things right.

                  I have a an account in kotak bank and i'm using this account from since to yet and m issue start from the day one, when i use to login to on net banking its shown some error and when i word with the customer representative he ask me for verification so given my all detail but the denied and told me to contact with that particular guy who took your information .which is don't possible and in this year 2017 January month the charged me twice i don't know why and again when i word with customer support the don't have any knowledge, no customer satisfaction ...and i know i'm planing to close m account and go for the other ...poooooor, ...worst...

                    Kotak Mahindra Bank — Didnt get any communication regarding account opening

                    I have applied for zero balance account jifineo and deposited INR 5000 on Jan 6, 2017. After that day (till now), I didn't hear anything from anyone from the bank for all required documents. I tried to reach out to their toll-free no, but not able to reach out to them.

                    I am not sure if they'll open an account or how much time they'll take.

                    Please respond at the earliest.

                    Regarding request no.1-[protected].no information is given to me on my request.only message sent that matter is closed .
                    Received a hoax call by someone posing as bank officials asking the pin number of credit card and when gave them the wrong one they asked to give the right one and so I gave. Although Kotak said we don't have to pay the bill but now it is asking/forcing to pay the amount although we have put up the case in Navi Mumbai Crime Cyber Cafe.

I called my network customer care they are telling its recharge failure. It happened two times in one day. I m starting to hate this app. Kotak is going worse these days.

                          We have a bank account in Syndicate Bank Dev Nagar, New Delhi branch. We tried to withdraw cash of rs. 6000 from Kotak Mahindra bank ATM in Pitampura, but to our surprise first it gave transaction failed error and then no money comes out of the machine, then we receive a text from Syndicate bank that Rs. 6000 have been deducted from your account to which we havent received even a single penny from the ATM machine. On complaining to Syndicate bank as well as Kotak Mahindra, Kotak Mahindra fails to account for any transactions made in their ATM and to our numerous mails and visits to both the banks, nobody is willing to take actions on our requests. Even the Reserve Bank Ombudsmann is unable to register the complaint successfully. This event happened on 1st september at 6:44PM, and till now no action has been made from any bank authorities and we are in a very dead struck situation as our money is at stake. Please look into this matter as soon as possible so that the right judgement can be made against this.

                          Even after repeated complaints on your email provided, no action has been taken and our complaint was declined giving reason of no such incident to be happened. This is a very unprofessional approach by the bank and I will have to approach higher judiciaries if I get harassed repeatedly again.

                            I have requested for Cheque book on 22 Dec 2016, till I didn't received my cheque book on my address. Even thought didn't get message from Bank that Cheque book has been delivered on so an so Courier.

                            And When I visited to bank they said it has been delivered, you have to contact to that Courier company but i don't know and didn't get message from bank your cheque book has been delivery and Courier tracking number or ref id.

                              I (sushma from Hyderabad )was applied for kotak zero balance account.after apllying i received a call from kotalk call center and they sent executive to collect the documents and they given a kotak link and asked to transfer amount of 5000/- wich was done by me on 26 dec 16. and since it is almost 12-15 days no body responding for the status and i am not understanding where my 5000/- gone .kindly consider as serious issue and take action

                              TBMS charges are applied in my account without prior information, Such a big fraud from Kotak mahindra bank. Kotak is deducting Rs411.50 from my bank account in the last month in name of TBMS Lien. At the time of opening they informed that its a salary account hence zero balance.
                              Its been 9 working days and no response for collection block removal. Tried multiple times, banking guys say request is still open.

                                I Received a hoax call by someone posing as bank officials asking the pin number of credit card and when gave them the wrong one they asked to give the right one so thinking that they were indeed bank.officials I gave them the pin number. But realising I had been duped I informed Kotak about it. in the earlier days they told me not to pay the bill but now it is asking/forcing to pay the amount which they themselves told us not to pay.
                                The case regarding the same has been put up the case in Navi Mumbai Crime Cyber Cafe.

                                CRN:45314917.. I have given a request to re activate one of the ECS more than 5 times I called to CC and written 3 mails on same but there no response received. CC people said that ECS is active but today I got an email that ECS returned . want to know the reason

                                About45 salary acount in your bank at sachin branch
                                i summited by excise & sevice tax challan on 02/01/2016, still i do not received challan copy and i ask to branch than he said the challan still on debited in a/c.

                                  I opened a saving account in Kotak in July 2016, the representative told me that i will recieve the debit card and othe documents within one week.. But till today January 2017, i did not recieve my debit card and other credentials.
                                  Moreover since september they are deducting non maintenance charges also. When talking to them they give one and other excuses such as card is personalised with photo and all..we will do the reversal of the money... it got missed with courier personals etc.
                                  I cannot even see my account whats going on.. I dont have any credentials to check and they are deducting NMC month after month

                                    I have to write down this because of the unpleasant behavior from Kotak Bank.

                                    Its high time and I am completely frustrated with the kind of service I got from you people.

                                    I reported my loss of card on 4th Dec and from that I am literally requesting that it should be dispatched to Bangalore branch.
                                    everytime I call up customer care for an update they say they will take it up and it will there in 3-4 working days.
                                    with lots of patience I again contact the customer care for an update after those 3-4 days..
                                    everytime a different person speaks up and says nothing is updated on your request.

                                    Can we not rely on Kotak at all..I am without my debit card for a month and they still say its in process.

                                    Does it take a month of time for a debit card to travel from Chennai to Bangalore.

                                    Its a serious concern for me now and I would wait for another 4 working days, If still I do not receive my debit card..
                                    I apologize for my words but with a serious note I would have to go to Consumer court and I am very much serious on it.

                                    I’m writing with deep distress and agony after knowing that my saving account ([protected]) has been imposed with undue lien amount of Rs 4370.
                                    Please get this off otherwise I’ll reach out to consumer court and RBI for this misconduct done by the bank.
