We have a bank account in Syndicate Bank Dev Nagar, New Delhi branch. We tried to withdraw cash of rs. 6000 from Kotak Mahindra bank ATM in Pitampura, but to our surprise first it gave transaction failed error and then no money comes out of the machine, then we receive a text from Syndicate bank that Rs. 6000 have been deducted from your account to which we havent received even a single penny from the ATM machine. On complaining to Syndicate bank as well as Kotak Mahindra, Kotak Mahindra fails to account for any transactions made in their ATM and to our numerous mails and visits to both the banks, nobody is willing to take actions on our requests. Even the Reserve Bank Ombudsmann is unable to register the complaint successfully. This event happened on 1st september at 6:44PM, and till now no action has been made from any bank authorities and we are in a very dead struck situation as our money is at stake. Please look into this matter as soon as possible so that the right judgement can be made against this.
