Kotak Mahindra Bank — debit card not received after 3 months of follow up | |||
I hold a current account with them with a positive balance. This is a foodie card account transferred from ing vysya bank. For 3 months i have called them minimum 10 times and visited their branch 2 times but yet they have not issued me a foodie card so that i could use the balance. They call me to resolve but have not been able to dispatch the foodie card or told me of a way to use the money lying idle in the account. Was this information helpful? | |||
