Kotak Mahindra Bank — deduct amount from my account (minimum balance) | |||
My name is rahul kumar and crn is 24879606. I had opened salary account in kotak mahindra bank in 2017. After that my account converted from salary account to saving account without any confirmation or communication by kotak mahindra bank. I have not received any confirmation and communication related to convert my account from salary account to saving account. I had left my job after 3 month open salary account in kotak mahindra bank. Recently i have deposit 10000 amount in my account (Kotak mahindra bank). After two days i have checked my account balance but 6000 amount has been deduct from my account by kotak mahindra bank due to minimum balance charges on the monthly basis. But there should not have any deduction according to salary account. I have gone to branch of kotak mahinder bank sector 14 gurgaon but there is not get any solution. Please help me reimbursement of my deduct amount from kotak mahindra bank because i have not apply for saving account. I think, there should not any policy of any bank of without any confirmation or communication convert from salary account to saving account.
